They cannot ignore this. This tanker (known as Skipper now, formerly known as Adisa) was sanctioned due to its activity smuggling oil for Iran to raise money for the IRGC and Hezbollah.


As of mid-2022, a Gulf-based network of individuals and companies were blending and exporting Iranian oil in support of Hizballah and the IRGC-QF. Viktor Artemov, Edman Nafrieh, Rouzbeh Zahedi, and Mohamed El Zein leveraged dozens of companies under their control to conduct the network’s illicit activities. The network used storage units in the Port of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, and blended products of Indian origin with Iranian oil to obfuscate the Iranian origin. The companies then modified or created counterfeit certificates of origin and quality for the blended oil, which was then transferred for sale abroad.

Viktor Artemov owned it.

Viktor Artemov (Artemov) oversees much of this vast network of cover companies and shipping services to receive, conceal, and sell oil. Artemov and his associates used their network to illegally transport Iranian oil abroad and procure funds on behalf of Hizballah and the IRGC-QF. Artemov used his companies to buy and sell oil tankers that were then used to transport blended Iranian oil on behalf of the oil smuggling network. Artemov also planned oil sales to Asia-based buyers as of late 2021 with Muhammad Ibrahim Bazzi, a key Hizballah financier who was designated by OFAC in May 2018 for providing material support to Hizballah.



Artemov oversees a vast, complex, and interwoven global network of front companies that are used to facilitate oil shipments on behalf of the oil smuggling network. As of 2022, Artemov managed Ava Petroleum and used it to help sell illicit oil. Artemov is also a director and 50 percent owner of Petro Naviero, which through numerous subsidiaries had control of several vessels that were used for illicit oil shipments, including the Julia A, Bueno, Bluefins, Boceanica, B Luminosa, Lara I, Adisa, Nolan, and Zephyr I. Artemov’s network often used vessels flagged in jurisdictions less attentive to ship tracking system inactivity to avoid scrutiny from U.S. authorities. Artemov and his network have registered companies in the Marshall Islands, Mauritius, and Singapore in an effort to obscure their involvement in the sale and transportation of Iranian oil.

Trump Media & Technology Group announces USD 5 Billion foreign direct investment in Telangana​

Hyderabad, Dec 8 (UNI) In a high-profile global announcement, Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Telangana Government at the Global Summit 2025 held at Bharat Future City here on Monday. This announcement marks one of the most significant global technology and smart-city collaborations under the State’s Telangana Rising platform.
Under this partnership, Trump Media announced its intention to anchor a USD 5 billion foreign direct investment initiative in Telangana.
The investment will focus on the development of next-generation physical, smart and intelligent cities, integrating secure digital infrastructure, AI-enabled governance systems, immersive media technologies, and future-ready urban services.
The India engagement for this initiative will be jointly undertaken with Rubidex and Renatus Advisors, with Dr. Raju Kanumuri serving as the India Partner for the Telangana Rising Fund.
The Government of Telangana has assured full facilitation support, including expeditious clearances, inter-departmental coordination and assistance in obtaining statutory approvals from State and Central agencies.
The collaboration reflects Telangana’s commitment to positioning itself as a global hub for digital innovation, advanced urban development and high-impact international investments.
Speaking at the signing, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy highlighted that Telangana is building a new model of technology-driven urban growth, and the association with Trump Media & Technology Group—known for its scale, digital reach and innovation-centric strategy—adds significant momentum to the State’s ambition of creating globally benchmarked cities of the future.
This partnership marks a major milestone in Telangana’s journey toward becoming a world leader in intelligent urban infrastructure and next-generation digital ecosystems,, the CM added.

I forget who I was listening to but they were asking why we were not going after cartel labs in Mexico like we go after drug boats and I thought the answer was fairly obvious: Venezuela is fairly defenseless but if we deal with them we can turn to any other country and say, "You are next. They already offered that, the US said no. Venezuela's oil is so shitty they have to ship it to Iran to have it refined because they can't do it domestically.
