Streamers with more viewers might have a couple of mods that only check for spam or whatever. There's an automod function that will grab the really bad messages before they appear and you can filter words out to save time too.

Usually they'll say "hi" to a new chatter rather than "you okay????" and banning but Han is innovating on Twitch.
