It's probably pointless if Nick counter notifies. Unless Kurt really wants to pull the trigger, and I don't think he does. I just think it would be hilarious. It's such a ridiculously bad case for Nick that Kurt could probably find someone to do it on contingency, or for reduced fees, plus he has the spare time to do it pro se and already has some intellectual property law experience.
