We can game the two outcomes:
1) Kayla doesn't remember writing it or to whom she wrote and there is no identifying person - so Kayla completely denies it as she remembers none of it. To her, it didn't happen. Without any more evidence, it's essentially just made up. Not quite correct. There are serious disciplinary proceedings. Multiple things, one guy running it against him. Witness lists have been prepared. Statements taken. Other stuff requested.
During that time Rekieta began his performance about naming people on stream because MN has its retarded process of doxing complainants to the humanoid filth complained about. The people aware that they would be some or all of the people he was directly threatening then phone or emailed I assume the disciplinary proceedings lawyer and probably also law enforcement or others and Rekieta was then formally told to knock it off during the proceedings because some or all of the people will be witnesses at any hearing if or when that happens.
