Sometimes settlements like this include a liquidated damages clause, which means if they violate the agreement, they just get automatically slapped with something like a $10,000 judgment every time they do it. There's no real litigation, you just get automatically slapped with the agreed-upon ass-rape amount.

You don't get to settle and then just do whatever the fuck you please. It's effectively a court order. It will be enforced. If you sign a settlement agreement and do not live up to it you are going to get ABSOLUTELY FUCKED.

This is especially true if you're up against SuperJew who will not hesitate a second before bringing down the Hebrew Hammer on your head.
 
This is a titanic win on multiple layers.
-Hasan was specifically called out, putting even more pressure on him to support the Blob and Denims.
-When he doesnt give them any help they will probably actually flip on him when they are inevitably also made to take part in Ethan's jewish humiliation ritual. There's no way either of them can press an actual case as they recieved dogwater funding so a settlement is just guaranteed unless he steps in and saves his own reputation by trying to save them(not that his fans would actually care).
-Kaceytron will now give testimony in his other lawsuits as part of this settlement, which also makes the dumb reddit lolsuit more likely to go somewhere.
-Denims and the Blob were probably delusional enough to believe they will win a money contest in court with less than 50k each against a gigajew like Ethan and having Kaceytron(who recieved more funding then both of them) fold like this is most definitely pulling them out of that.
 
To all those complaining about the lack of sincerity in the apology of Kaceytron:

The humiliation was the point! Ethan tells people that if they try to screw him over, they will be left broke and humiliated. I personally do not care about getting any sincere apology from a group of people who do not believe in anything other than "current thing" and violence. They have no sincerity to give in the first place.

Also, Hasan is perfectly fine with others throwing him under the bus and insulting him to get away from a lawsuit because he knows they do not mean it. Whatever Kaceytron, Frogan or Denims say when they lose, they still love him and he knows that. He knows who is on his corner.

Finally, can we see a poll to vote on which orbiter will cave next? It is just Frogan and Denims now.

Those of us who have made even a shallow inquiry into communism know that a huge part of their repressive power was due to the fact that they could tell the population a bold-faced lie that absolutely no one in their right mind would believe, but the population would still be forced to act like they DID believe it, out of fear. In this analogy, Ethan is the Soviet Union and she is being forced to pretend she believes what he dictates to her, or else. He has power over her, her will is broken, it doesn't matter if she doesn't believe a word of what she said because she is still forced to say it and pretend that she does.
