Oh, absolutely. "Convincing" Kaceytron to cooperate all but destroys every other person in the end. I still think the real goal is to get Denims to flee the sinking ship next, then ultimately use them and their testimonies to bury the H3 snark mods alive.

This was the best scenario. There's no risk of a decision that harms fair use, and Kacytron was buck broken. Even if she tries to fling more shit at Ethan he can just put the video on loop. Kaceytron also wasn't really a big player in the drama until the lawsuit, so I can imagine Ethan has more leniency for her.

I can see what @Harm is saying being the case, aside from getting Denims to drop since I'd argue she's just as culpable for the CPS shit as the snark mods.
Personally I think based on everything we've seen there is justification to end up going after Reddit itself for the assisted cover up of the Snark mods, as well as Twitch since now there is legal confirmation Kaceytron illegally restreamed content on their platform.

I also think by their own rules Twitch is technically obliged to perma ban Kaceytron since she committed a crime on their platform.

TBH though, I don't see literally any of that happening.

I don't want to black pill, but I think the best we're going to get is Denims/Frogan + Snark mods getting felted, if not only the snark mods.
