Can't clip right now but here is what the settlement consisted of according to Ethan:
  1. A video apology from Kaceytron, including her admitting that Hasan did not contribute to her gofundme, admitting to copyright infringement, and she apologized to Asmongold and the h3 crew.
  2. Any money left over from the GoFundMe after attorney fees goes to Ethan.
  3. Kacey will fully cooperate with the investigation/lawsuit against the h3 snark subreddit mods.

Not a lawfag, but this seems like an overall win for Ethan? He gets to look amicable, gets a super pozzed apology, a free shot at Hasan, and at least a decent chunk of his own attorney fees back. Plus pressure on the other two girlies to settle/bend the knee.

I think Ethan knows full well he will NEVER get any money out of her.
She has nothing to give.

Kacey should be really grateful that he is not a heartless Jew Shyster taking her house, car and forces her to suck cocks in an IDF brothel until she pays him off.

[EDIT] Did Ethan mention what this means for the Reddit Jannies who are also parties in this lawsuit? Is this a partial settlement, letting Kacey out, but keeping the lawsuit alive to go after the Redditors?

what happen with Saragon case

this was just a costly dodge with frogan dodge costing the least.
NO precedence was set that would hit twitch cause nuclear option for copyrighted content on twitch.

From what I've seen Kacey's just a dumb, broke pothead. Here's to hoping Lex Jewthor does not show the same grace for Denims & gets to pimp her out on Onlyfans for the next 20 years.

He's now thanking all of Kaceys GFM donators for gifting to him lol

The settlement is exactly what everyone has been expecting, and what everyone told them would be their best option.
Ethan is way too nice to people who have actively tried to ruin his life, but then again we do not know what kind of evidence and testimony Kacey can offer to make the case against the h3snark Mods go forward.

Kaceytron is using the same lawyer Denims is
This is, while not automatically unethical, a bit dodgy given that Kaceytron is now settling, and might have to provide testimony or information regarding H3snark or the other parties that might be used in the case against Denims.

I still hope Denims will double down and go through with it in court and Ethan will defeat her in a humiliating fashion, just to prove those unhinged snarkers the dice was already rolled long time ago.

it seems to work in australia. i learned that from an abc law show called "Fisk".

is Kaceytron the only one of the 3 with ties to the snark reddit?
Mediation can work with two parties who are acting in good faith but at an impasse, but not when one party is acting in bad faith. It should always be an available option, but forced mediation is basically punishing litigants with what amounts to a giant fine for trying to protect their rights.

This is not just a win, it's a huge win. And that's even with Ethan being almost magnanimous in settling for public humiliation plus Kaceytron doesn't get to make money off this, plus all the idiots who donated to this lost cause basically gave their money to Ethan.

It was mentioned earlier but Lex Jewthor doesn't care about the money. He is in it just for the message, not only did he humiliate Kaceytron but he also got a shot in on Hasan, Ian, Anisa, the H3 Snark reddit basically the equivalent of a wide strike on anyone who has wronged him, not only that but anyone who donated to kaceytron is directly given that money to H3.

Denims exposes that Frogan is going to settle the same way Kacey did. Anyone taking bets on whether Denims makes it to her trial date?

The Talmudic wisdom in this is that it makes it vastly less likely anyone will griftfundme anyone attacking him in the future because the lesson here is every shekel you donate to one of his griftosphere opponents is just going straight into his pocket.

I can only really compare this to other prepared statements I've seen, like from the the women who accused Chris Avellone of sexual assault. Compared to those, this seems far harsher in what it gets her to admit. Which is good, because usually they get away with saying they were mistaken, not having to admit they lied for personal gain, and essentially can pretend there was no real intent to harm in what they were doing.

This apology, at least, required her to admit to some of her bullshit, but also seemed more directed at making all the others paranoid about what she might say and what it means that Ethan could get that much out of her. As a mea culpa, it feels less satisfactory considering what she's been saying, until it's considered against how weak these apologies usually are.

The others will eventually turn on her, of course, but do you think she actually has anything on them? Denims is still defiant, but will this have put the wind up them at all? It seems like it should have.

Yes please Queen Denims, fight the evil jew for our entertainment.

I could not have asked for a better result, Ethan gets all the cooperation from Kacey and Frogan, Denims fights him to the death.
The emptiness behind her eyes while streaming is not just an act, she really is that brainless.
