Report: Israel Passes U.S. Military Technology to China

Although Israel has made it clear that the equipment was sold to a European company before being transferred to China, the US insisted that the fact that the equipment made its way to China at all constitutes a violation of Israeli commitments towards the US.

The "sale to china" was a sale to a European company that was legal to sell this technology to. Israel said it's responsible only for the first party it sells to and anything further is not their business, the US disagreed and said that Israel is responsible no matter how many times it changes hands. The Israeli head of exports resigned after an apology to the Americans.

The US has also blocked Israeli indigenous sales of their own technology to China:
