He's also now admitting that Rose / the girl he doxxed was a minor:
Ver archivo adjunto 8185118
He is either training with his only friend (chatgpt) or his lawyer gave him instructions to what he can say about the case, but referring to the girl he requested and sent pornographic content by "a sex trafficked girl involved in my court case" is some peak lawyer-speech. He must've been rehearsing that one for a while.

People like JSTLK get baited into these moralfag arguments and end up accepting that contacting Rose is somehow bad. Basically falling for Destiny's cope that it's not allowed. Even though Epstiny is only saying that because he knows that will contradict his story that she was impersonated, among other things. Yet, these debate tards end up falling for it and let him get away with constantly contradicting himself.

Contacting Rose is a good thing. It directly hurts his ability to lie about what actually happened.

I see footsies here and there talking about how he is totally redeemed with the Rose stuff and I guess what I don't understand, and I'm not even trying to meme here, is how does an indian mind come to the conclusion that anything revealed here in any way shape or form vindicates Tiny.
I'm not even trying to be mean when I say this, but a lot of them are just waiting for Destiny to tell them what to think. There are different flavors of DGGers. Some of them do think for themselves and probably do challenge Destiny when he disagrees with them. But most of those are probably long gone by now. These are the ones who take facts and then form an opinion because of those facts. This group might even say, " I'm going to wait to have an opinion on Destiny until after the facts come out, but for now I'm going to be charitable to him." You'll see these guys in the comments now saying things like, "Okay, I was with you for a lot of this stuff, but trying to get Pxie reported to ICE is too much for me, I'm out."

Then there are the other type. The ones you'll see in comments sections asking Destiny why they should have some opinion. For example, you might see one of them say, "I know January 6th was insurrection, but I don't know how to explain this to my uncle." This person just believes in Destiny and if he has an opinion, they're going to follow suit. So if Destiny changes his mind on something, they're going to go with him. These are the scary ones, and this is probably a significant number of what's left.

Destiny's refusal to take any accountability for anything is really going to lead to more and more of that second category being all that's left. TBH, he probably could retain a lot of the former group if he was willing to show some level of remorse over everything that happened rather than just acting like everything's happened TO him as opposed to at least in part because of him.

There's probably a lot of people out there (myself included) who are probably willing to say okay, I don't think he's a pedophile, I don't think he was initially trying to harm Pxie, but I do think his behavior is still pretty bad. He could probably win some people back if he just said, "Okay, I didn't ID her, I should be taking more precautions to keep people safe, but I definitely would have ID'd her if she flew out here!"

But he doesn't say that. lol. And what's left of DGG are ride or die baby. Empty brains.

This is another one of those things where he could have a point if he actually wanted to make the right point. Looking for Rose was not wrong. Looking for Rose and posting her information on KF wasn't really cool. (Don't boo me farmers.) If Destiny wants to virtue signal on this, and he really wants to bring up the trafficking aspect of it, why wouldn't he say, "It's good that they found her, it's good that they might get some scum bag of the street, but her info shouldn't have been posted publicly, it should have been sent to the police."

Same with WillyMacShow. He did make a call to the police. That was the right thing to do. He didn't need to make a video of it.

Maybe I missed where he said that, but that's a very different point than the one he's making.

I haven't been very active on this thread because honestly I could care less. I found this in my camera roll from a while back and I don't think I ever figured out who "Nick" was in this context. Could it be the "Nick" that Molestiny has done several IRL streams with, or some mutual friend that he and Pxie share? The added "(lol)" at the mention of "Nick" leads me to believe it could be NJF. Apologies if this has already been discussed, I'm a newgen.

Looking for Rose and contacting her / her parents to let her know the legal situation she is in and what she can do to minimize her online footprint and legal culpability? Unhinged harassment.

Asking a discord channel full of Jews and jeets to look at Rose’s child porn and then give up with nothing to show for it on the other hand…. I mean maybe if they canvased their neighbors and showed them the child porn it would have been up to the DGG standard that Destiny tries to gloat about maybe.

I’m pretty positive the only thought DGG collectively has about how Rose being trafficked is a DestinyOmegaW is because Destiny wasn’t the one who (successfully) trafficked her. Whoa, someone else abusing a minor besides Destiny? Combo breaker!

Nick Fuentes. People were joking that one of the videos was taken around the time Fuentes was there, and it turned into an inside joke that left the thread because people on the internet can't tell when things are jokes. Destiny played into it and made a joke about Nick. Nick also kinda played into it and said he had to watch the video just to confirm it wasn't him. That's probably why he said Nick (lol).

He's basically saying that she doesn't need to worry about people trying to ruin her reputation, because the focus would be on him, Lauren, and Nick Fuentes.

I don't think he was initially trying to harm Pxie, but I do think his behavior is still pretty bad.
He shared her photo to make fun of her, about something she had admitted to him in confidence she was insecure about, he suspected Rose wasn't in control of the account later on and didn't immediately wipe the conversation, he didn't even bother giving her a heads up as the leaks were happening. He's spent the last year smearing her while also doing nothing to curb his community harassing her even at court.

Hurting his reputation, public perception, and finances, directly impacts his ability to continue doing these actions to new victims. If finding Rose helped in any way to accomplish this, then it's justified. Rose was victimized by Destiny, in him involving her in this, sharing her CSAM to an entire server dedicated to finding her, and choosing to continue the trial well into discovery rather than settle.

He definitely made a rude comment about her, but I don't think he shared it TO make fun of her. And most people are reasonable enough to see the difference. He didn't respect her consent, he didn't respect her agency, and he was insanely negligent. But he probably did not send it with the purpose of making fun of her and he probably didn't send it so it would leak. Also, I didn't say he never meant to harm her. I've been very clear that he's been malicious since the day she went public.

The second part of this is just cope. Why do you think witness protection is a thing? Why do you think Jane Does are a thing? Do you actually believe that it was better to post her information publicly where anyone could find it, tip her and the trafficker off to destroying evidence or could have killed her to keep her quiet? Let's say you're just worried about Destiny reaching out to her to pay her off. Isn't posting her information where he can see it increasing the likelihood of that happening?

You actually think that makes more sense than anonymously alerting the police? Really? Do you think that either Pxie's lawyers or anyone investigating would say, "Yes, I want you to publish that information right now. That will help."

Really? If an investigation had been done, if the lawsuit could have played out anonymously, if Destiny should be in handcuffs, that would happen whether the average person knew her real name or not.

Is that not part of the criticism of Destiny posting her information where KF could see it instead of just taking it to the police?

Just to be clear (lol) I believe that it was the right thing to do to find her. I just don't think publicly doxing her was good.

It doesn't, it makes one of the criticisms of Destiny even stronger. That is, he carelessly sent Pxies video to someone he barely knew. Sending it to an (alleged) catfish makes it even worse. The defense of "oh we're all in this freaky sex tape sharing culture" doesn't really apply if one of the people getting the videos is an (alleged) child trafficker or whatever the fuck he's saying now.

Unironically:
1763502953387.png

I have a question for the legal people (tagging @Potentially Criminal). This is roughly what Destiny is implying has happened:
  • Rose gets found, it's confirmed that she was a minor
  • Destiny undoubtedly received recorded sexual content of her when she was 17, Solo says it was filmed exclusively for Destiny
  • Destiny retained the material, he says this was for a hypothetical legal case against Solo
  • Rose gets deposed
  • During her deposition she says that her ex-boyfriend (Solo?) impersonated her, we don't know to what extent
  • Destiny is suggesting she's a victim of trafficking and other vague awful shit
What's the protocol here? This is a gay little civil case, all of this shit will presumably be said under oath. At what point to the cops have to take over? Is Pxie somehow preventing that from happening and that's why Destiny is saying how awful she is and how she's stopping solo from being brought to justice or whatever? If this has happened, can the judge tell them to pause their slap fight until the police investigate the whole situation? I find it hard to believe this can all come up and lawyers are just like "haha wow, that's crazy, so you don't know the date Destiny sent Pxies video..?" and move on from it.

This is something very strange that I even see on this thread now (maybe just Bert), but Destiny was involved in her sex trafficking (if she even was). She's his victim. He was buying what the trafficker was selling so to speak. He was a participant. He solicited her csam (requested, not necessarily offered money for). He sexted her. He sent her porn. He didn't try to help her, he engaged in the trafficking as a consumer of it. Idk why people are flipping that around like he saved her from sex trafficking, if anything he encouraged further sex trafficking of her because he was a willing consumer of it.

I didn't say he helped her, I didn't say he isn't involved in trafficking, in fact, just the other day I specifically said that people like Destiny who are not careful with young women are exactly the reason there's a market for these things. I said I don't think he's a pedophile and that I don't think he knew she was a minor. And even if he isn't and even if he didn't, he should still be be held accountable because adults have a responsibility to children. I even said that the kiwifarmers who were looking for her were looking for a trafficking victim and at best Destiny was looking for a way to exonerate himself.

Really can't tell how you missed all of that.

Tiny should just move to India to live with his untouchables. They'd let him carnally violate their own sisters, daughters and mothers in front of them just to feel like they are on the winning side.

He could even be the open pedophile he longs to be over there.

Yeah in hindsight, if it's true that he paid her off or convinced her to say she was trafficked and has never directly spoken to Destiny, he wouldn't have been able to contact her and start that conversation if a farmer didn't find her and post her information here first. If her information was sent straight to the police and/or Pxie's lawyers then it might have played out differently. (If it's even true that Destiny somehow convinced her to pretend they've never spoken. I'd normally say that sounds too far fetched but nothing seems beyond on the pale for him anymore).

Those Twitter DMs where he asks her for her ID because she looks under 18, and then continues to sext with her and trade videos after she declined to prove she's of age, look especially terrible now. He was suspicious enough to ask, but not confirm? Incredible amounts of irresponsibility. He expects people to believe he is so retarded he's in need of a caretaker, lest he accidentally aid in sex-trafficking a minor. (Remember he offered to fly her out for sex multiple times, never confirmed her age once despite being suspicious).

Really can't tell how you missed all of that.
Hey whoa I didn't say you agree with it but you've mentioned it a few times at least. I understand it's presented tongue in cheek. But you're definitely soft on Destiny, so I'm not entirely sure you don't agree with the sentiment, at least to some extent.

Oh I agree I'm probably one of the softest on him and definitely the most charitable to him. But that's in part because I think that when some of you guys go as hard as you do, you're doing him favors. Ultimately my issue with Destiny is that I think he is a black hole of destruction and it's not always intentional until it is. And I think that if he's as capable of harm WITHOUT EVEN TRYING as he is, this is something that his feet need to be held to the fire for.

If he didn't do something intentionally then he can wave away his responsibility to society. I'm saying he shouldn't be allowed to do that because at this point he should be aware of what he's capable of and people around him should expect him to safeguard others from himself.

Has anyone claimed this? Who are you saying paid her off and told her to pretend to be trafficked?
I mentioned it as a hypothetical. I don't think he did. I also don't think anyone tried to kill her. I'm talking about what could have happened as a result of doxing instead of going to the police.

Prayers out for my nigga bob7 btw. He saw Destiny for the demonic worm that he was and DGG crucified him for bringing it to light. His behavior here, sending out porn tapes and sharing intimate details about other women with an underage sex trafficking victim he barely knows, reinforces those old theories about him recklessly sending out porn tapes/sharing private details so he can quickly establish social proofing and get laid as fast as possible, with minimal regard for the privacy of other women.

If Destiny really wants to go down this "actually I barely even knew this rose person, she's just a stranger I met on twitter 😏" route then he still has a lot of shit to answer for.
