btw the 50 year mortgage thing is a red herring because anyone decent with money would pay it off early anyway

Why are there not more deportations? That the ICE thread has died tells me everything I need to know: we are not deporting enough.
100 year mortgage where if the market goes up favorably you immediately sell or refinance to better terms and if market crashes in first 20 years and your underwater you take the forclosure.

Are we even a tenth of the way to that number? There seem to be barely any les third worlders in the country than there were at the beginning of the year, even after the BBB increasing the ICE budget.
It's because for every beaner ICE deports the feds rubber stamp ten HB1 visas.

And I can't believe I'm saying this but I think I would rather have illegal spics than jeets.

I'd like to know the real facts behind stories like this. I feel the reddit twist is doing actual immigrants a disservice by not letting them avoid the same mistakes and pushing a narrative that showing up to your court dates will get you deported.
These are always carefully worded to make you think the brave immigrant showed up for their legal proceedings before ICE screamed "NO YOU DON'T" and tackled them before they made it to the judge, but what actually happens is that the judge says "sorry, you gotta GTFO" and ICE is waiting outside the door to enforce that.

50 million deportations is better than 50 year mortgages.
That will drastically help housing price affordability.

The thing that pretty much nobody has said about this is that the dollar right now is worth much more than it will be worth in the next 50 years. It's better to have a lower monthly payment with a usurious 50 year fixed rate loan when the dollar is likely going to collapse and hyper-inflate to Weimar Republic levels in the next 50 years. The infinite money printing and our national debt is going to catch up to us inevitably and bite everybody in the ass, but it will make paying off fixed rate mortgages a breeze and give an easy win to the borrower

I'm the first one in the room to hate usury with a passion, but I would rather have more money now while the USD is relatively stable, and just pay off the 50 year mortgage decades from now when the USD collapses and bread becomes costs a million dollars. They're going to bring out the globhomo Central Bank Digital Currency when it all falls, whether or not we like it

Don't worry chat, things might look bad right now but there are still white pills if you know where to look.

That's just renting with more steps. Possibly cheaper though.
it's renting, but you also have all the downsides of being an owner and have to pay for all repairs. you can paint the walls and hang up as many pictures as you want though so there's that i guess?

Hitler only got 6 million* (and thats even contested) in 5 years and he had trains and like, the support of the nation

Trump wants to get double that in less time with 0 infrastructure

Funko Pops bankrupt theme:

Only a single example, but as much as I generally like the nips, shit like this is why the chinks/gooks and other SEA monkeys are basically fully justified in their anger at the nips habit of continuing to downplay the amazingly fucked up shit they got up to during their expansion activities.
The Japanese are right to not care about that.

it's really crazy to see both major political parties basically come out and say "we'd rather let it all burn to the ground like the fall of Rome than do what we need to fix it"

they've essentially conceded that hyper inflation and the collapse of the world's most dominant political system is inevitable and they have no plans other than put it off long enough for the boomers to die so they don't have to deal with it. I'm not sure we're prepared for what that means.
