I think the loss of his orbiters is a bigger deal than the viewers. Because his actions impacted well known long time community members, he alienated a lot of his orbiters and notable DGGers. His orbit was both very active in advancing his narratives and also functioned as a a perpetual content machine. The current lineup are just charisma black holes that don't bring content to his stream, and can barely coordinate a defense for him.

Shit ideology, but Destiny got fucked up in this debate. There were a few points that Destiny was trying to use that could have been great to stand on but he was the wrong person to stand on them especially as an openly immoral person. He got pantsed and never really addressed a point, instead meandering past the actual point to something he was comfortable with.

Destiny was being uncharacteristically placid, you could tell this is the one group of people he is deathly afraid of, with good reason of course. But with his major debate toolset taken away from him you can see that the emperor has no clothes. He tried to steamroll past ever major jab but because he is so uncharismatic you could see that he lost more and more of the audience each time. They saw him have to take it each time and you could see they knew the jabs were true. I know we do a lot of blackpilling here, but if you watch the audience you can see Destiny's actual status outside of his army of jeets.

He never would have taken this debate if he wasn't down to the last dregs of his clout. He does not have the toolkit to argue against a charismatic preacher who is well versed in the arguments against his position. Agreed. I think he looked a lot better when playing the “straight man” around orbiters that were more “unhinged” or theatrical than him. I think just banning the "brutally raped" meme wouldn't have gone against the spirit of the board and stifled any a-logging or been a slippery slope about hate speech.
