Her posts on IG leading up to October have a bit of diffrent feeling to them than her older posts. Could definitly be read as someone who sensed they were near death going through some still very stunted reflecting and saying goodbye. But that may just be reading things that aren't there with the assumption that's she's dead, because then you get to the video where she's screaming at her cat (she really was so ghoulish) in her thinly disguised crazy rage way.

Anyways, maybe if Null talks about this on MATI he can spill the beans on how he found out about her and why he was thirsting for her 10 years ago and made this thread. Maybe it'll get people off the feeder stuff for a while.

All I feel sorry for is the poor medical workers who were with her when she passed. Imagine witnessing something only few exorcists have been able to see with their own eyes, the whole process of how her decaying body ceased to exist and what passed for a "soul", the energy of pettiness and resentment that kept her alive, left her containment while the walls bled and the floor was shaking.

And then, outside, dozens of cats congregated to guide her to her final place with their own feline sounds. Neighbors could swear they heard many children chanting "she is free. We are free", but all they could see was black cats around.

I think she probably passed, it all just makes sense. She had nothing else, and nobody else, but the internet. To go this long without posting is abnormal. Also, I don't think we'll find any sort of public obituary but perhaps someone could nail down the state she was residing in during her final days? There might be some sort of public record, maybe?

Even if her family doesn't write an obit for her, it's not unheard of for funeral homes to post a brief blurb on the obituary section of their website. Basically it just confirms the decedent is in their care and the decadent's dates of birth and death.

With pooning and munchies taking over the population that used to go hardcore ana chan, we're probably not going to get a replacement lich. Ashley was one of a kind at the end.

Lost possibilities. She wasn't a child molester or something unredeemable. I feel sorry for her mother, losing her child to something this pointless. But maybe her mother will feel relieved that the suffering is over?

At least she won't be scaring old people in nursing homes anymore. Target children's wear sections are free of haunting.

I understand this. I feel the same way. I think it's because at the end of the day she's a human being and going through this sort of pointless, self inflicted suffering is just sad. Seeing someone so void of a personality and such a hard heart is sad. I think it's human to feel like this.

Also like you said it felt like she would just go on forever like some sort of cryptid.

So it’s likely she’s been dead for over two weeks and the internet had no idea. Her not posting anything for the two weeks leading up to Halloween make me think she is legit dead dead.

I wonder how the ED forum poster knew? She gives zero insight at how she got this info.

I think the strangest thing about Ashley was how secretive she was about her living situation and conditions. I’d believe she was in hospice care for months or years, probably assisted nursing before that. Given how much munchies revel in medical care and disability it’s weird she seemed ashamed of it. (If Ashley was a bit older she would have progressed from anachan to munchie/ drug addict. Her and Eugenia are the old school tumblr girls that stuck with anorexia to the bitter end)

Looking through her Reddit posts and it's insane how obsessed she was with energy drinks. Eating nothing, organ damage and constant energy drinks probably didn't help her decline. At least she (seemingly) got to go out in October! RIP bitchlich.

For all we know, there's some neighbor annoyed that it's November and the Halloween decorations are still up.

Depending on where she died, she could be out there until spring, if not longer.

The human body is fascinating to live on with so little, but it does have its limits.

It’s wild that even with a 250 plus page KF thread started by Null a decade ago, nobody even knows what state she lived in. It will be hard to verify her death without confirmation of the state she died in and, depending on the state, even then it can be hard. It doesn’t seem like anyone is going to bother paying for an obit. With how poisonous the internet was in her life I can understand her mom not wanting to announce it on FB or SM either. (Not that I have any idea about her mom’s internet presence)

I know Mississippi, Florida and Las Vegas were all places it semi-confirmed she was at various times over the years. Once her mother stopped being her caretaker nobody really knew where she was living. I’m assuming they might have scouted out a state with lower COL and decent Medicaid coverage for indigent ill people and dropped her off there.

One of the most prominent aspects of ED is how much it’s enabled by others - whether family or medical facilities. You need caretakers to starve yourself to death in relative comfort indoor. The women definitely used their starved appearance to extract sympathy and care. Meanwhile homeless drug addict get anachan thin and nobody gives af (but it does help increase their panhandling income).

Ashley’s life was miserable but her ED got her a lifetime of caretaking and govt benefits. Her adult survival strategy was slowly starving to death to remain a hopeless dependent.
