I mentioned this on another thread. It's not that the financial sector is thinking about leaving. They already thought it out and decided to leave. The NYC financial sector thrived for over a century because it was a good place to find all your financial needs into one single place. Once the internet made it easy to trade stocks, it began to make the physical presence of the NYSE less significant. COVID was the final nail because it finally put an end to in-person trading. The financial sector already has one foot out the door, and when they're gone, the securities industry follows suit.

I can only hope if they do come to Texas or go to Florida, they can keep their dogshit political beliefs in New York, but I'm not holding my breath.

Who woulda known? I don't know if Mamdani can do anything for New York, the city already blows ass but this was the funniest outcome. The absolute bloodbath happening to the Republican party right now and the trajectory of Trump's first year in office are making midterms look real fuckin bad

NYC has more Jews that the two largest cities in Israel combined. The Jews will realize what is happening and then, when the lawsuits come, and the hell that is running NYCs politics occurs, he will be fucked. Remember NYC isn't Portland.
