Trump can't print infinite money, all he can do is use the emergency fund and when that's gone try to take money from another government program, but that's also dubious. Trump legally can't appropriate any more funds from the treasury, meaning at most Snap can run another month.

You're not understanding the issue. The Fed can print a billion dollars, and none of it can be used to fund SNAP currently because Trump doesn't receive SNAP money from the Fed; he gets it from the Treasury, which requires congressional approval.
Edit: To answer obsdj, yes, the judge did say that, and that's actually the only other thing Trump can possibly do, which is to take money from other federal programs. However, this runs into its own legal issues, and the money Trump will receive from such programs won't be enough.
