Yeah my interaction with women seems to be limited to 40+ or younger than 25. Most have already had kids or aren't planning on them anytime soon. I have noticed that the younger ones are more open to kids than they were in the past. You are correct about the immigrant kids coming of age. They also seem to be the ones who are having kids too. I don't see many young whites leaving work on maternity leave. I don't talk to the ethnics too much for lack of a better term, I don't really have that much in common with them
