I downloaded this (probably a bad idea), and I was taking a quick peak at the GFX and holy shit it's pure Schizoid.
This is in the files for GFX. I have a sinking feeling this is related to some weird sextortion cult, Just call it a hunch.

Almost all mods like these tend to be related to a 764 offshoot or another Discord pedo cult, so be careful. They could try hide a RAT in the files o algo.
Edit: although APPARENTLY it might be inside jokes from some Discord friend group after watching a YouTube playthrough of it, but still

Not gonna lie I have zero idea what a RAT is in this context.
I played it for literally 3 minutes before quitting and uninstalling. The first 3 loading screen images were
-Peter Griffin Christchurch
-GFL Negev
-Loli Auschwitz
I noticed about 15 uses of the term "Cunny" within the first few menus. Every turn there was mentions of BWC and Bleached. There was a focus to sissy hypno men or something, and George W. Bush was a general. I genuinely regret downloading the mod, and if it got me on a watchlist then frankly I deserve it.
This is what I think it is. It's just a group of edgy teens who made a HoI4 mod based off group in-jokes and released it, but you've made me paranoid as fuck, so now I'm looking into how to detect a RAT.

I didn't save any of the other images, and I am not redownloading that mod again, but there was a lot of Tarrant images in that mod, probably comparable to the amount of Negev images.
One of the possible leaders was literally "General Cunny" or something along those lines.

I wouldn't be surprised. Roblox is an instant red flag for anything that uses neo-nazi asthetics, no matter how shitposty it is.
Doing a little bit of digging, it seems to be your average clique of underage edgy discord retards on the surface. I haven't found anything related to groups like 764, SF, UTTP, etc., but I won't deny the possibility.
Also, I found another mod released by the same guy.

@GoodWinSon dumb but funny idea that I just thought up since it's Halloween: Reskin the zombie horde that spawns in Burgundy to be muscular TF2 mercs that rape everything they come across. I'll code it all and make all the GFX, so don't worry.
