There are a lot of reasons that people should completely disregard Destiny's opinions on anything, but number one amongst them is that he can't hold an opinion for more than a couple years. He will argue passionately for things, and then a couple years later he'll argue something else. So the thing is, if we can reliably expect that he's going to change his opinion or not live up to his supposed morals, then we shouldn't give him the space to do harm to begin with. Just think about how many people he armed with arguments for something that he doesn't believe two years later. He frames this as, "yeah, I change my opinion as new info comes in," or "yeah, well I think ICE should deport criminals and always said that," but the reality is, people should be forced to sit with their thoughts and opinions for awhile before they go out there and yap. That's basically the point Norm Finkelstein was making, and he was one hundred percent right. Destiny should not be treated with ANY respect from ANYONE as a political commentator.

There's that saying that what you hate in others is what you hate about yourself, and I think this goes a long way in explaining why Destiny so reverently hates Donald Trump, who shares so many characteristics with Destiny that it's not even funny. Consider Destiny's culling of his fanbase over the last few years - he oscillates between right wing and left wing beliefs, sometimes taking up opinions that contradict with each other, and he's said multiple times that the point is to drive people out of his fanbase.
He says this, but it's really not even that. It's just that he can't form normal attachments to things, including ideas,. It's all driven by his ego. It does him no good if he agrees with everyone in the room, he has to disagree with them and then win the argument. Literally everything he does is based around this one thing. The way he plays video games, and the way he has sex are also driven by the need to feed his own ego.
It is deeply important to Destiny to delusionally imagine that women sleep with him because he's cooler, funnier, more talented, etc than other men. This is a big part of why I believe he decided to be a cuck. It's not so much that he likes to be cucked, I think he just likes the competition because it boosts his ego when his wife comes back to him. In his mind it's a win because every time his wife gets dicked down by some other dude and chooses to come home to him, he wins. It's almost like a handicap in a game. Unfortunately he couldn't live up to the high standards of a skinny little Swedish twink.
He just naturally drives his audience away because he can't stand being average or just part of the crowd. That's why he's always talking about how unique and exceptional he is, even though he's just a garden variety cluster B narc.
