I agree with @Swole McPole. I don't think she's autistic. A lot of people who say they are, or think that they are, just have personality disorders. And everything about Empathchan screams personality disorder. I don't follow her, and I was initially skeptical that she's actually a self mutilator because it seems like she's trying to project some kind of image to people, but she definitely is a self mutilator. But I don't think she's a narcissist and I don't think she's got BPD. She very well may be a legitimate sociopath/anti-social personality disorder, and that's why she and Destiny get along. Empathchan is malicious from beginning to end, it's not just a reaction to things like it is with Destiny. And I think it explains why she's so standoffish. She also definitely has some body image issues. Again, the best way to tell the difference between someone with a personality disorder and and autism is by seeing how they react to hearing that they've hurt someone.
