No. Alot of it is Aaron's doing.

We're the court orders unconstitutional? Maybe. Would a court of appeals agree you? Prolly not.

In the end is it in your client's benefit to not shuck and jive when dealing with the court orders? Yes.

The pending civil suit? The first priority is saving your client from as much criminal liability as possible. Peterson did that.

There's nothing that can be done about the civil case until it happens. Aaron is France in April 1940......maybe Nick attacks, maybe he won't.
As far as we know, there hasn't even been a preservation letter sent by Nick at this point. Nick can mald, scream, piss, and shid about what he's going to do but he hasn't done it yet, and the clock is tickin....

This cracks me up. Known criminal Chad Zumock ran a death pool last year where he said the winner would get $500. Some people paid into it and Chad was more than happy to take their money figuring no one would actually die.

Fast forward to this past summer and someone did die and at least once person did pick them in the death pool. Of course, retard Chad Zumock didn't keep track of any of this and now it's a meme to troll Chad about not paying out the death pool he ran.

If I were him I wouldn't be worried about the prosecutor, I'd be worried about the Judge who openly hates his guts. It doesn't matter how right he might be in whatever he's about to file, the Judge is going to brush him off at best.

The fact this ridiculous case handed down a jail sentence that is so short should tell you he just pissed off a judge. There's no point fucking around for 8 days of jail time its basically just state mandated school detention at that point not an actual Jail sentence that rehabilitates or punishes in any meaningful way.

Just issuing a fine would have been the best option because it clears this shit from the legal system and with Aarons finances would be an actual Punishment for him.
