Is it because being retarded and criminal correlates with promiscuity?
 
Picture this:

You're a little nigger born sometime during the late 1980s. You only saw a glimpse of your biological father as an infant and never again. Your first few years as a niggling aren't too bad up until you turn eight. Other little niggles your age start getting you involved in YN bullshit.

It starts off innocently enough. Rap music and a little bit of trouble making at school. Now you're thirteen and already you are primed for YN activities. There's a lot going through that impressionable nigger brain. You don't know much except that you are a nigga and that other niggas and the white man are your mortal enemy. The white man took your daddy so it only makes sense you loathe those suited honkeys. Everyone in your community drilled it into you so it must be true.

Your teens fly by and with it a growing laundry list of bad habits. You got into fights, committed a few petty crimes, maybe dabbled in a little bit of weed. You aren't eighteen yet but for a little nigger this is the point of no return.

You're a man now, fresh in his early twenties. You are no longer a little nigger. Just a regular nigger. Your life could go in any direction you'd like but there's one problem. You hang around other niggers. And when you are with niggaz you don't think much. Maybe they get you into more trouble, start bringing you to scenes where there's a lot of drugs and other things going on. Slowly you get comfortable with it. You already had a decade of being primed anyway.

Over the following years you experience a lot of ups and downs. Mostly downs cause you're oppressed, nigga. But then something happens...

You fall in love [you get horny] and put it in raw with the woman of your dreams. Sure it's not pretty fucking on a messy bed in some low income ghetto. But it is a night that comes back to haunt you twelve months down the line.

Where most men would be overjoyed you are horrified. This little nigga is going to ruin your current hustle. You didn't sign up for dis shit. Is it even your baby? Either way you don't care and ghost your family to fend for themselves like a real nigga do.

The cycle continues.
 
It's a shitty cycle most of them are stuck in. They don't have a good father figure, they have to raise themselves, then they get a girl pregnant and they abandon "muh baby momma" because they don't know what to do.
How do you break the cycle? Stop the catholic guilt (or, i mean, just christianity guilt in general) and let these women have abortions if they can show they a valid reason not to carry a pregnancy to term. Unfortunately "human rights" "activists" will argue that lack of resources is not reason to abort a pregnancy and that the state should be the ones footing the bill, which is ludicrous.

They should bring back old laws regarding marriage. Make divorce illegal unless you show the dad is beating the woman or something like that. If you have a child with a girl then you're forced to marry her.
I honestly feel bad for women, they got duped into getting into the workforce, now most of them are miserable alcoholics that have to go through IVF to get pregnant, when in the olden days they stayed at home and it was RESPECTABLE. Being a housemaker was considered a profession back in the day, your husband came home and he handed you his check because YOU, the wife, KNEW what the house needed because that was your own little kingdom.

I think most of them even feel like the fit in better after that. Now they are finally like Shaniqua and Lequisha that are also single mothers "and they baby daddies ain't around".

Many many people have adopted the insane belief that the features and behaviors that arise from white culture and white civilization are the default of all human behavior, and are caught completely by surprise when non-whites fail to spontaneously manifest these behaviors.

The nuclear family is one of those features/behaviors. I believe there are a great many African cultures with a very different model of family, one where the village collectively raises children and the men and women do not form strong households. Perhaps black people in America are just reverting back to their natural mode of existence?

I believe the concept of marriage and the nuclear family was invented by royalty, since they wanted some type of formal tie to other royals that was almost equivalent to being related by blood.
Since Africans never created A SINGLE worthwhile society, they probably didn't have the need to form bonds like that. But, in this case, i don't think it's genetic, i truly think people are just misguided.

There's one thing with the youth (black, white, hispanic, whatever) that they don't understand (and i have to include myself in that, i was very misguided as a young man).
They don't know what they don't know. When they hear their moms or grandmas telling them to stay in school, to be decent and save themselves up for marriage or something, they think it's just "outdated thinking" or because they are jealous cause they "can't get dick anymore".
The youth is NEVER going to change, they have to learn through their mistakes, the only problem is that fucking around and having a baby is the type of mistake you can't fix, unlike using drugs or drinking too much.

I'm talking about after the damage is done. Before that they are fucked, they can't control themselves and most of them can't even get on the pill because they are too retarded to understand how to use it.

In any ghetto: A woman, if she is single, has a survival rate of nearly zero. She is considered useless. She ll be used and abused.
The child gives her a "higher status" and so respect. Chances of survival are increasing. She is considered still "good for something". Even if that something is giving birth to out of wedlock bastards.
 
So long as we reward them for having kids, they'll keep having them. Being a single mom used to mean a life of poverty. Real poverty, as in wondering where the next meal comes from. Without that consequence there's no downside to having kids when they haven't locked down a father.
