this is only second-hand, but the people I know in eastern orthodoxy are all talking about how many converts they see, especially from and in America. it is definitely happening. catholics and Protestants are also recording record denominational losses, though prots like to pretend it's not that bad because some of the catholics are converting to prot of some flavor, and because there are a dozen or more major types of prot, they just lump them all together.
