Hey, if one side successfully recognizes that the other side is so absurdly sensitive that something as sloppy as AI and sombreros can enrage them, then I think that means that one side is funny.

Then again, if leftoids can get drum up outrage over TWO SCOOPS then maybe laughing at leftoids is the equivalent of laughing at fart jokes. At some point, you're laughing at yourself for even imagining that it might be funny.
It can't be denied that at the very least, AI memes have a good effort to create-to-outrage ratio. A couple prompts here and there and the Democratic Party is in shambles screaming about Trump putting their party leaders in sombreros.

one can hope, when I read his book I thought he was a bit of a tard but I truly believe he has changed
What I'm curious about is how Vance will act once Trump is no longer the President. To be fair that goes for the rest of the Republican politicians who may or may not be acting like opportunistic suck ups currently.

Some of those people are still nominally maga and still promoting cuckservative policies

They 100% will take the knives out on Vance when the time comes if he decides to go further on tariffs or isolationism then trump or even just the same level and join hands with the full blown never trumpers and likely take atleast half of the religious right republicans with them

I think the primary won’t be a coronation it will be a fight for the soul of the party

A lot of the more active overt ones are gone and out of the office but the snakes in the grass are still there.
There are still a few cucks willing to trade their votes for sweet sweet do nothing corpo board positions but the "bomb every country on earth to increase the heckin GDP" faction of neoconservatism seems to have largely died with Dick Cheney and thank fucking God for that because they were genuinely a blight on humanity.

The United Auto Workers union is pro-H-1B:

This is because they run grad student unions, which are made up of foreigners:

All they care about is dues money that they can embezzle; more workers means more dues.
It's crazy you have this going on and then at the same time China is throwing its doors open with that "K Visa"
The new “K-visa,” launched October 1, has been touted by Chinese officials as a boon for the country’s development – and widely seen as a part of Beijing’s bid to gain an edge in its technology rivalry with the US as President Donald Trump pushes to slash federal funding for research and tightens restrictions on international students and workers.

The faction still exists

The older ones went full never trump all a Cheney

The younger ones adopted some of the maga rhetoric but kept the foreign policy and free trade economics. When trump is gone they will reveal their true colors and reunite with the never trumpers and religious hawks

This is all based on the assumption however Vance is the same as trump if not more extreme with protectionism and isolationism. If he capitulates or he wins a overwhelming victory there won’t be a power struggle

You know. I'm surprised this thread isn't more of a shitshow. I feel like some of the other ones I've been in on this site. Especially talking about politics really get out of control.
It’s a shit show most of the time

Believe what you want. But to me. Not welcoming people that change their minds, is something I think the right should absolutely NOT do.

The purity spiral, and shit like that is what made me hate the left so much.
They are all dying of complications from the vaccine. Even if you convinced them of this tbey would blame you for being unvaccinated before ever accepting responsibility.

the GOP will inevitably fracture at some point.
For the past 10 years there has been a clear power struggle between the rising MAGA movement and the Uniparty RINOs, somethings got to give with that. I doubt it will be a dramatic splintering and instead the RINOs will just retire or join the dems in opposition to the MAGA Republicans (like what we have seen already)

But if any group is going to fracture it is the dems because their more radical and progressive members are a massive liability and might break off into a 3rd party if the dems go moderate and deny them an outlet for their political retardation.

The moment I decided I liked Vance was when he was on Rogan and the conversation turned to transwomen. Vance started in on autogynephilia and the way he was talking was like he could easily settle in for a six hour discussion on how they're just enabled fetishists. Whatever else he may be, he has definitely read a lot about transwomen and wants to share that horrible information with anyone who'll listen.

i think it depends, if they get lolberts, liberal/centrist northeast republicans and a big enough chunk of southern and midwestern religious right into a Coalition they could challenge the MAGA coalition and machine

I don’t think it will be a splintering just they will go down fighting so to speak

Moderate dems are are aging demographic it’s more like the progs and DSA will takeover then the New Democrat types will kick them out. If they did the rump dems would just be this weird middle upper- middle and upper class regional TDS party on the east coast and in red states lol. The moderates and neoliberal need prog and ethnic voting blocs to actually have a possibility of federal power

We are already seeing this pattern more and more as New Democrat and moderate types consistently lose primaries outside of machine strongholds and red states

The lindsay graham/tom cotton types need to be gatekept out of any real power. i hope i live long enough for the neocons to be completely exiled into the wilderness.

So they were "literally killing" themselves all along? And it wasn't my words that were doing it like they said? I thought it was just because I didn't call men women, and I was literally hitler.

The far left progressive ones should just break off, and actually give themselves an honest name like the "communist party of america" or the "socialist party". That would at least do the Dems a massive favor. Because despite what the leftist news media might want to represent most Americans don't want socialism/communism (although some have fallen for the free healthcare cope)

The K visa isn't really an out of nowhere move. With AI, H1B gutted, and general uncertainty causing the US technology sector to go apeshit with people getting layed off or seeking new employment all over the place, China has a good chance to poach some key people and get an edge, especially since with H1B ended it is now harder for them to get spies into different US companies.

If the dems could jettison the far left they would have already, it’s like removing a tumor running through important veins and nerves, it will kill then both if they expel them. As would happen to republicans if they tried to expel chuds/MAGA populists

That’s why the neocons only option is to try to stage a takeover and co-opt the populists rather then outright kick them out

The thing is, the "no vetting" part is why we know it's going to get flooded with Indians 😂
