* Investigate and build a case
* File charges
* Have a venue assigned
* Conduct an arraignment
* Go through the discovery phase
* Conduct preliminary hearings
* Allow time for the court to hear pre-trial motions
* Participate in the trial itself, including presenting all applicable evidence of and witnesses to the alleged "corruption"
* Politely sit while the defense presents its case
* Win a verdict
* Deal with numerous post-trial motions
* Wait for sentencing

All within the space of three weeks or less, and all in the face of rigorous dem opposition and legal fuckery, is utter lunacy. Fucking lol. lmao, even.

The DOJ doesn't even need to do all of that, by step 5 or 6 any politician would be "forced" to step down. The left does shit like this all the time.
