Until we get a transcript, we have to take the word of a puppet. This is trimmed down from a two hour show to just over thirty-eight minutes. The puppet is live and talking about shit:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=T_c9G7nBSjwRocko (ie the hand up Tookie's tuckus) was in court today.
I gotta draw the line somewhere. If no one recaps or clips this, I'll do my best tomorrow.

Yes. Alright, so I get up. I finally get to the right courthouse. I'm still a little early. Nothing has started.
I see Schizo Sean. I see Mark the Hat guy. I see some other people that I don't really know. I saw Paul Shea was there.
I talked to Paul Shea. Paul Shea is the guy who went to high school with Aaron. So he was there.
Minnesota radio guy.
Yes, Minnesota radio guy. He was there.
And they checked me.
Was there any press outside?
No, nothing. There was nothing. I thought there would at least be a full room as far as the spectators go.
But I gotta say it was probably 8 of us? Maybe 10?
The local ABC affiliate was not there covering this.
No, no news or anything like that. I'm starting to think these two guys aren't as big as they say they are in Minnesota.
But no, there was really, there was no one. It was all just internet geeks. And I was one of them.
Congratulations.
So yeah, so they let us in. One, they checked my Oakleys.
The bailiff came out and he was like, you have no cell phones, right? I was like, nope. He's like, let me see your glasses.
I was like, they're Oakleys. He's like, it doesn't matter. I gotta check them.
So we checked them. Everything was good. Tukey's clean. Tukey's keeping his nose clean.
He just had to look at them. He didn't actually take them from you and make you come back for them later like a coat check.
No, he took them from me and he examined them. He was like, oh, these are cheap.
Yes, he took them from my head.
Radiance are the recorded ones, right?
Yes, which I have. And I kept making sure. I checked about three times before I left the car.
You do not have the wrong sunglasses on your head, right? Yeah. So, okay. So they're finally ready to let us all in.
They let us in. Aaron is already there.
He is sitting at the defendant's table with his lawyer. He is looking straightforward.
He never looked back at the people in the, is it the galley or the gallery?
Yes. All right. I don't know what it's called. Again, I don't watch any court things.
I was the wrong person to go to this as far as comprehending what was being said.
And the first thing I noticed about Aaron is that he has excellent hair from the back.
He looks very young, stylish, silky hair. And also he wasn't wearing the famous blue suit.
Because Aaron has worn a blue suit to many things. I don't know if he got a new suit. Yes, he wore a black suit.
He looks good. I don't think he looks heavy at all. He doesn't appear that he swings his arms.
Yeah, he walks like Molly Shannon in Seinfeld. He runs out swinging his arms.
Did he swing enough for you?
Yeah, so you go in. You sit down. I sat a little to Aaron's right. I sat in the last row. Paul Shay was next to me.
Schizo Shawn sat directly behind Aaron. Did you hold hands? No, I did not hold hands.
The only thing you could have with you is a notepad and a pen.
I knew this because that's what Melton had to deal with the last time that he was here.
Yeah, and then, you know, the show kind of started right away.
And one of the first things was Kayla gave her victim impact statement.
And you would have thought this woman had been raped multiple times by Aaron.
But listen, I get it. In retrospect, she may have felt like she was.
Well, that is what I think she was trying to convey.
That Aaron will not stop his devious ways, his joking, his goofing on the situation.
I can't imagine knowing that Geno has seen my tits.
Okay, that's maybe he only saw a partial tit.
This is a bit of information I had no idea about.
One, the state never produced the photo in question.
And from Aaron's lawyer's description of the photo, it is a photo of a slightly exposed left nipple.
So that is one super tit hacka hacka.
Can you imagine? I thought she was like spread eagle with a genoa salami like being shoved into her cooter.
Sir, I always thought the the ruling with revenge porn was if you don't see clit, you must have quit.
Yes, if you don't see clit, you must have quit.
That's very good. Very clever.
Listen, but I was always led to but I always had the impression that this was a much more risque picture than she got off a waterslide and her bikini moved to the left a little bit.
Now, listen, I'm not downplaying.
Well, sir, Geno sent me the picture if you want to see it.
Oh, yes, that's fine. Send it to me now.
All right. I'll send it right now.
Again, I'm just about I'm a biased party.
Everyone thinks just because I think Aaron's a doofus or a Dorcas malorcas, as they would say in Greek, that I automatically am in love with the Raketas.
No, but, you know, I'd rather say hi to Nick than say hi to Aaron.
And but I have to admit, it doesn't sound like.
Again, I mean, I, you know, I have a little sister.
I'm sure if someone did the same to her, I would want him dead, dead, dead.
But I don't know, man.
This seems like a lot over.
But again, I don't know what the picture was, but the description was a slightly exposed left nipple.
That's not the description we got from Geno.
What did Geno say?
You've never heard Geno talk about it?
Well, I know he was impressed when he got it.
And now he calls her a slut and a pig and a whore, you know, all that shit.
Disgusting slob.
Right. But at first, he was like, oh, I might be a tattoo guy again or something.
I can't do I did too many voices.
I can't do Gino anymore.
No, he's been pretty descriptive on how disgusting she is.
I mean, you could find more provocative pictures if you go on Google and type Keanu C. Thompson.
Stop it, you idiot.
No, Keanu's asshole.
Typing Rod Stewart.
Stewart.
Stewart.
So that was interesting.
Rod Stewart.
That this was all based on a photo that the court didn't see.
I don't know.
Again, I don't know.
Maybe I got this wrong.
Maybe I should shut up.
So she reads her impact statement.
She says that she once considered Aaron a friend, but then he just turned into a monster who manipulated her.
And basically only cares about his show.
He didn't take the $50 fine seriously, she said.
She said he called the $50 fine another win for the toe.
So that phrase was used in court, not by Aaron, which is fantastic.
Kayla claimed that Aaron knows what he's doing and he tries to make himself a victim, which was very adamant in Aaron's statement.
Aaron's little statement was about how he's sorry to Kayla because I've been bullied on the internet and had my sexual images shared without my consent.
But I look to Jesus.
Jesus Christ saved me.
I looked into the light.
She also claims that she has panic attacks anytime she even thinks about St. Cloud.
So yeah, she said that she gets panic attacks when she even thinks about St. Cloud.
And it sucks because her kids really love to go to two places in St. Cloud.
And while she toughs it out and she goes, she immediately has physical reactions to just being in the same city as Aaron Emholt.
Which again, you know, I mean, I get it.
I mean, I know we don't want a victim blame, but come on.
Yeah, yeah, I mean, I get it.
He deserves something. He's he did a bad thing.
But I think she's laughing at him.
She said the show is a catalyst to bully and he did it to both his wives.
He bullied both both of his wives and her.
She said Aaron thinks $50 fine is a fair price for her dignity.
And the recada. Oh, I forgot to read this and I don't know if anyone said this.
She also claimed that the recadas don't feel safe in their own town anymore and may move.
Like, am I the only one that thinks that the recadas clearly manipulated Aaron?
No, you're not.
I think everyone was manipulating everyone in this situation.
I think he was just no, I think he was like a useless witless tit would be the best phrase I can come up with Aaron.
Yeah. Well, yeah, but Aaron thought by sacrificing his fallen angel to Nick Recada,
the gods would reward Aaron by giving him better YouTube numbers and more money.
I mean, did you see Aaron today? Aaron made like probably over a thousand dollars today.
Did he? It was like when you see one of these kids shoot someone and then all of a sudden,
like I'm not saying that Aaron shot anyone, but it's interesting because it was like watching a criminal get GoFundMe pledges.
You know what I'm saying? Like Julien Carl. Right, like Julien Carl.
No, but literally this guy was just sentenced to jail and people are like, here you go, have some money.
It's very odd. But yeah, also, she said Todd Peterson, who is Aaron's lawyer,
told basically told the court in a statement for her to shut her eyes because Aaron cannot shut her mouth or shut his mouth.
I fucked that up. So at one point, I think Kayla like contacted the court and was like,
hey, he's still like violating the thing, you know, the agreement.
And Aaron's lawyer wrote a response to the court that was like.
This isn't what I said, but I don't remember exactly what he said, but it was along the lines of she doesn't like it.
Tell her to stop watching.
Yeah, it wasn't that blunt, but it was pretty fucking close. Kayla's lawyer.
Did some calculations and they've come up with a figure of what they believe Aaron makes a year.
Would you like to guess what that figure is?
Hold on. What's his goal a day?
It's 300 in the morning and then I believe 250 at night or maybe 200 at night.
I can't read the chat, so maybe someone in the chat will correct me.
But because they bring in $82,000 a year.
How much?
$182,000.
Good guess. Good guess.
OJ, do you have a guess?
120.
Fantastic guess, OJ, because you hit it right on the money.
Yeah.
Really?
Yeah, they said that Aaron makes about $120,000 a year.
Nice.
Kayla, Kayla mentioned a broadcast where Aaron even asked the victim's husband, Nick Ricada, to borrow $50 on his show,
implicating that he was going to fuck up again, I guess, at some point.
And oops, oops, there goes another $50.
Kayla's lawyer brought up the Geno stuff.
Oh yeah, they were bringing up the first violation, the fact that Geno did a whole show on Aaron's channel while Aaron was away.
And basically that whole show was bashing on Kayla.
They brought up the Geno live broadcast with which Aaron's or Kayla's lawyer was saying that Aaron streamed and broadcasted that show, which got Aaron heated.
You could see Aaron, he would shake his head and he would turn a little red because he was right.
He never streamed a broadcast of that show.
The guy behind him, schizo Sean, was the guy who recorded that show.
And it was broadcasted by other people.
But basically the state was saying, but yeah, but you were in charge of that show.
And then that turned into a whole thing because then Aaron's lawyer was like, wait a minute, we need to look into this more.
And everyone was like, no, we're here to sentence.
We're not looking into anything else more.
And Aaron's lawyer was like, well, if things go our way, we're fine with it.
But if things don't go our way, we have to look into this more.
And the judge was like, no, that's not how it works.
You can't get both.
She was like, if you want a hearing to go over this evidence, we can.
But this is highly, I've never done this before.
And Aaron's lawyer was like, no, no, that's fine.
I just wanted to make it clear here that this is this isn't right.
We should have the opportunity to look all this over.
But the judge even said, like, we have people in place who have already looked at this.
And they're the ones that have said, yes, this is a violation.
We can move forward. They're past that point. Right.
Well, right. And that was that.
And at that point, I was like, holy shit, I don't think Aaron's lawyer really even knows the law.
Like, it was weird to hear a judge go.
It was weird to hear a judge go in all my time being a judge and a lawyer.
I've never heard of anyone requesting this.
And I do have this. What?
I mean, I guess that he's taken a shot.
Maybe the judge doesn't know either. Right. Right.
And some otherwise, I don't know.
I took them then.
I don't know if you saw, but when the Gino thing about the live show came up,
Aaron presented evidence that he did tell Gino not to talk about Kayla.
And it was a text that said, again, I'd have to paraphrase because I don't have it in front of me.
That text, which basically said, like, you guys don't talk about Kayla.
I know it's gay, but people are looking for anything to use against me.
So don't talk about her. And that was it. It was a text.
The problem with that text, the state was saying, is that it didn't have a date.
So he could have wrote that yesterday and went here. Here's the text I sent them.
It proves that I told them to be careful.
But I think in the end, that one, the second violation for some reason,
I don't think they took us seriously as the first violation,
because even the judge said she was like, I didn't take when I did sentencing, I took everything into account.
All the violations, all the things that are going on here, not just this last minute thing.
And oh, and the other thing that the state brought up was
Aaron never told them to stop as it was happening live.
And on the live broadcast, Aaron even thanked Gino for going to jail, for putting him in jail, which is crazy.
But that happened. No contact order must include live events, which is what ended up happening.
Aaron cannot talk about Kayla through email, social media, live shows, recorded shows, live broadcast, anything.
Keep her name out your mouth.
I didn't look up what a PSI is because I didn't even see this in my notes.
But I think that had to do with alcohol, possibly, because the state was also trying to say like,
he's he's very drunk when he does like a lot of these broadcasts.
And, you know, like the live show and I guess some other shows he might have been drinking.
And yes, a PSI is a pre-sentence investigation report. Oh, interesting.
They're trying to say alcohol is probably a contributor to why he does the stuff he does.
And I don't know if it was ever cleared whether he has to obtain from drinking.
And then Todd Peterson, it was his turn to talk.
And he tried to explain to us how impact statements aren't really relevant or something like that.
He's just like, Your Honor, this is all just about emotion.
We don't know what she was really feeling that way.
He said the only crime that Aaron did was sharing a photo of a partially exposed nipple without consent to another person.
That was the quote. I made sure I got that word for word.
Only crime Aaron committed was sharing a photo of a partially exposed nipple without consent to another person.
That was when I went.
Isn't that enough, sir?
Yeah, again, yes. If someone did that to my daughter, I would be pissed.
I don't know if I would send them to jail. I don't know.
Either way, doesn't matter. It's all over now.
Oh, this was very interesting.
Todd Peterson, Aaron's lawyer, talked about how Aaron is the sole income source for his family.
Which means him and Gordy. The kids don't live there.
So I guess he means for him and Gordy.
I forgot about the slam piece.
She doesn't live there though.
He also talked about how Aaron is a good dad, how he pays child support, even though he didn't say he pays the bare minimum.
800 bucks a month for three kids?
His lawyer got up there and said he takes care of his kids, sir.
He takes care of his kids.
Not only does he pay the minimum in child support and is a part-time daddy, but he also pays for their health insurance.
If you kids are good this year, Santa's going to get you another year of life insurance.
So basically what they were saying for the new violation and the evidence.
Remember I said that Aaron's lawyer was like, we need to look more into this.
He was saying that Aaron wasn't getting his due process on the conditional release violation.
So I wrote that note down.
Basically they were like, yeah, we don't do that.
That doesn't happen.
Let me keep looking.
The judge said this is unheard of.
The court reviewed the claims and already made the decision.
You don't get it both ways.
That was a quote from the judge.
You don't get it both ways.
That was when he was basically like, little does he know.
Yes.
He does get it both ways.
Like a homo.
We should look critically at these allegations.
Again, the judge was like, listen, do you want a new hearing or what?
Do you want to get this over with?
Some of us want to go and get food.
Everyone was very hungry at this point.
Or at least I was.
They accused Nick of sending the evidence for condition of release violations.
They're basically saying that Nick was like holding on to this stuff and trying to just present it last minute.
Which I don't think is true.
I think they've had it for a little bit.
Statement.
Aaron left the polycule.
When Aaron left the polycule, that was the lowest headspace he's ever been in.
This is from Aaron's statement.
So now Aaron goes up and he has a statement.
He never looked at Kayla who was behind him and slightly, you know, to his right and slightly behind him.
He could have looked at her and just, you know, hey, seriously, yo, bitch, I'm sorry.
All right.
Get off my back.
But no, he just looked at his paper.
He said therapy has made him a better partner, a better father, and most importantly, a better Christian.
I have been redeemed by my savior, Jesus Christ.
That's a quote.
I have been redeemed by my savior, Jesus Christ.
This guy doesn't go to church.
Well, he does now, sir.
He's been redeemed.
No, he doesn't.
He was talking about last weekend.
His girlfriend was like, do you really want to go to church?
He's like, no, that's gay.
I just say that on the radio.
So people think I, you know, believe in Jesus.
Come on.
I mean, really?
A white guy in Israel?
Give me a break.
Um, John, you must mean, sir.
Yes.
Aaron 316, the toe, the power of the token tells you.
I love my kids and I want to put them on a righteous path, especially my son, so he can be a better man than me or something like that.
He did.
He said he wanted to put his children on a righteous path, especially his son.
He doesn't want his son to make the same mistakes as part time daddy did.
So remember when I told you Kayla did say that she considered Aaron a friend and that he ended up being a monster who manipulated her?
Well, Aaron went a step closer.
He loved her more than a friend.
He loved her or he liked her more than a friend.
He loved her.
He said we loved each other at one point.
And this and the other thing was he told the judge that this is the last time you'll ever see me, judge.
And that Kayla doesn't have to worry about those two places in St.
Cloud that give her PTSD and runny diarrhea because I will never be there ever again.
I'm assuming these are like Chuck E.
Cheese's or something.
I don't know.
Okay.
Possibly a shoe store.
Possibly.
Possibly.
But there are two places in St.
Cloud said again, her kids love to go to, but she cannot go.
Because of this manipulating monster.
So at this point, Aaron is really trying to muster up some tears.
He's talked about his kids.
Don't let my children lose a father and a father lose his three kids.
He knows how Kayla feels now.
And that is why he is sorry, which again, it was a lot of victims.
So he's like, I dealt with my own harassment.
People come and take pictures and videos on the order of others.
He called Schizo Sean an agent of someone I have an HRO against.
He's an agent.
He's a soldier of Satan, your honor.
So he said people have been harassing him.
They come to events and they take pictures of it.
Live events that he promotes.
He promotes, but I digress.
And he also knows how Kayla feels.
Because he too has been a victim of revenge porn.
He brought up the fact that he has an HRO against Kayla's husband, Nick.
Because Nick did the same disgusting dastardly deed that I did to you, Kayla.
He shared my most intimate photos.
He equated to what he did to Kayla as being the same thing as what Nick did to him.
So yeah, so he called Schizo Sean an agent of someone I have an HRO against.
And then this was one of the greatest lines in Eric Gamel's statement.
Your honor, if the court finds pity on me or has pity on me, I promise I will...
Pity or mercy, sir?
I thought he said pity, but maybe he said mercy.
I didn't get the first part, but the last part was I will no longer work with Gino Biscante.
Ever!
So if he got no mercy and did six years, would he do a show with Gino?
Well that was the thing!
That's why I thought it was such an interesting comment.
And Mark the Hat Guy confirmed that he did say if the court either shows pity or has mercy on me,
I will no longer work professionally with Gino Biscante.
So yeah, so everyone gives their speeches, their statements, all that kind of stuff.
It was very interesting to be there and watch all this happen.
And again, I feel very lucky that I was able to hear Aaron's statement.
Because Aaron really laid on the Jesus stuff pretty thick.
Yeah, I'm a changed man and you'll never see me here again, your honor.
And the last line, and I made sure I got this right.
All praise be to Jesus Christ and may God have mercy on my soul.
Roll on, one!
That's what I was waiting to hear.
Give him the chair!
But yeah, so after that, Aaron stood up and they talked about the fact that he was going to be charged with gross misdemeanor.
But when they say that, they go, Mr. Imholte, you're being charged with gross misdemeanor.
You are to serve 364 days.
At that point, there was an audible gasp.
But yeah, so there was an audible gasp because Aaron said on his show today that there was a gasp in the room.
But it was not for what he said.
Oh, because he said that once they announced Mr. Imholte.
364.
Yeah, well, that's when the gasp happened.
But Aaron claimed tonight on his show that we all gasped when they said, you're not getting a felony.
You're getting a misdemeanor.
That was not true.
It was the 364 because the way they said it, that's what it sounded like his sentencing was.
But that was stayed.
So, you know, as long as he doesn't he's he's on probation for, I believe, two years.
And as long as he doesn't, you know, violate again.
We know he will.
Yes, absolutely.
Well, I don't know.
Literally the last two violations were because of Gino.
It's fucking crazy.
And the initial thing was because of Gino.
It's all Gino.
So 364 very quickly went from 364 to 15.
So what Aaron was actually sentenced to was 15 days in jail.
But when you get 15, you only serve 10.
I don't know what that means.
But that's basically what Aaron said tonight.
Because, yeah, I left hearing he had to go for 15.
I did hear the number eight at one point.
Again, there was so many things going on.
I'm trying to take notes.
But everyone left that court, I believe, thinking that I mean, at least like me and my other retarded people who were there,
thought Aaron was getting at least 15 days.
But apparently when you it's like someone I saw someone write it.
I think in Patrick's chat, it's perfect for Aaron because it's like the movie math.
It's like, OK, I get 15 days or you gave us 15 days.
I take 10 of those.
And but he also got credit for two days served for his last two times in jail, even though he was only in there for a couple of hours.
So he will only have to serve eight days now, according to Aaron.
Yeah, exactly.
So it's a win for the toe.
This is a win for the.
That's another thing that Aaron was saying tonight.
Because the state wanted the state suggested 45 days.
And Aaron was going, well, I thought I was going to get like 30.
You know, that's what I thought.
You know, that's what I thought.
That's why, you know, so this was all better than I thought it was going to be.
They wanted 45.
I wanted zero.
I thought I was going to get 30, but I got eight.
That's a win for the toe.
It's ridiculous.
A sentence of 364 days usually refers to it when when a judge impose a sentence of 364 days rather than the full 365 days a year,
often to prevent certain immigrants from being automatically deported for a federal aggravated felony charge.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
Yes, he is an illegal.
That's interesting.
I have no idea what you just said, but it's interesting that you said words.
I did.
Sounds about right for Minnesota.
So he has 349 days.
Oh, no, no, supervised probation for two years.
Which I don't know what that means, but someone was saying that means he's going to have to report to a probation officer and probably have to take a piss test like weekly or monthly.
I don't know.
However, that work wasn't there something about not drinking, too?
Well, that's the thing.
It doesn't seem like anyone at least from the people I was talking about.
No one was sure, but some people said that, yeah, he will have to stop drinking.
But I don't know if Aaron addressed that tonight, but he did.
They did order him to complete a diagnostics, a diagnostic assessment, but he also has to complete a cognitive cognitive skills program.
That's where.
Yeah.
If he's retarded.
Yes, that's the karmic test.
I guess he's also to have no contact with Kayla for two years.
And they said something about taking DNA samples, which I thought they always they do to anyone that they put in jail anyway.
Is that like, is this a sex offender?
Well, that's the other thing.
They never brought that term up.
They said two Fridays from now would be the start of his sentencing.
So October 17th, he would have to he has to report by three p.m.
Now, Aaron's judge recommended to him he should just do the whole time, I guess, eight days.
Just do it all. Just get it over with.
But Aaron is like, No, I'm a radio sensation.
My audience needs me to be there for their drive time.
I'm assuming.
I mean, how much you want to bet he's going to Gino and Keanu to come and cover for him?
No, he can't.
That's how he got in trouble.
He's out of the Gino Piscante business.
I don't know about.
Well, if he does eight days, four weekends, that's I don't know about that, because then he won't have to have his kids for a month.
So he has all that time.
But I'll miss my beloved gophers.
How will I watch my gophers on the ESPN?
Oh, and my kids.
Yeah, whatever.
Oh, they were annoying.
Oh, have you always been this loud?
There's football on.
Shut up.
Praise be to the Lord.
Yeah, I don't know.
I see Aaron converting to Islam while he's in jail for eight days.
Oh, praise be to Allah.
Oh, praise be to Allah.
I met many friends and whatever.
So, yeah, so Aaron's lawyer said that they want to try and set up like a weekend jail thing.
And they said that they would come up with a decision by like October 7th.
But as of now, he has to report either before or by October 17th at 3 p.m. Central Time.
Thank you.
I don't know.
Yeah.
Well, that was what was interesting because they actually asked the state.
When do you think we should start this?
His his jail sentencing and the state were like today, we want him to just go out and coughs and the judge had to be like, Whoa, whoa, whoa, listen.
Yeah, we don't do that for gross misdemeanors.
You know, I've never done that prosecutor wanted that.
Yeah, the state wanted that.
They wanted him to go to jail today and just do the eight days like take him now.
Take him now.
He's dressed.
He's in a nice suit.
Get him in there.
Get him in the hole.
Get him in the cage.
Back, you beast.
Back.
But yeah, the judge.
That is one thing Aaron said today that he thought the judge was very fair.
And I kind of thought the same thing because, you know, she would take the state side on a lot of things and it did look bad for Aaron, I thought.
And in the end, you know, 15 days.
Again, is it a lot for what he did?
I don't know.
Is it too little for what he did?
I don't know.
Did I think he did?
You know, did I think this picture was way more?
You know, risque.
Then a nip slip.
I believe earlier you said there ain't no clit.
You must have quit.
Yes.
This is like Janet Jackson all over again.
It's crazy.
The FCC is just trying to take the toe down.
But that's pretty much it.
