Someone already mentioned it on another thread, but what you have to be careful about with the international lolcow-watching is that other countries have very different cultures regarding it.
There's a huge lolcow scene in Mexico (both men and women cows), but almost everyone that follows them likes to cowtip, and almost no one is into the archiving that is central to the farms.
