He hates all other African people from anywhere, even from Africa since he sees them as the same people who sold his people to slavery and those who were also descended from slaves but not in America like Jamaicans or Haitians, are just welfare leeches and parasites). I think Kanye's distant ancestors were Jamaican immigrants, so that also adds onto why Tariq doesn't like him.

If anything, Tariq's FBA Movement would be more like the Patriot Front (with NOI influence being their equivalent of the NJP path) while Kanye is more like the NSM consisting of incompetent schizo-LARPers who are basically a meme like how Burt Colluci is.

I haven't played Germany in TWR in a while, but if I remember correctly, it has several decisions relating to covering up and lying about the Holocaust and just general crimes against humanity in the east to try and keep international opinion from dropping too low. I'm cautiously optimistic about what this can lead to, maybe a TA war against the Axis prior to the German Civil War or something?

Edit: I loaded up TWR again and checked, it seems like the decisions relating to the cover up of the Holocaust mainly affect internal opinion.

i dont get what the point of this is in a mod like twr. non-player controlled germany collapses and is invaded my the allies in the first 5 years of gameplay

That always made TWO boring even to something like TNO. It would actually be interesting if it led to a third great war in the late 50s early 60s and TWR last I played was so optimized my shittop actually got to the TNO start date ten years after TWR starts. But the German civil war makes it boring as its easier for the not-NATO to pick off the smaller German states then the whole Nazi empire. I kinda wish they made it more like KR in that a revanchist Russian warlord came in, the Toronto Accords can be akin to the Entente and join in when they see Germany invaded and Italy be the Austria-Hungary stand in that can join to assist if they feel the Germans are not doing so hot. Its wasted potential of a mod that could just be Nazi KR but I am unsure if they even re-added the removed content they had.

Currently Klaus will take over around 1980 if Speer wins out after the Slave Revolt. I will add Dengist Speer content in time.

Idk if they changed it, but last time I played TWR paths and even German civil war was locked behind dice roll . That happened at the game start.
