Mr Johnston, clearly traumatized, proceeded to subscribe to her members-only substack and follow her across social media. In 2024, she was given a court order to remove any posts referring, even indirectly, to him. She missed 2 - so her home was raided and she was arrested for "failure to comply". Last week, a day before her court date, she was hit with another failure to comply after another complaint from Daniel. She's due in court in December and faces a $50k fine or three months imprisonment.
