(FOX40.COM) — After Anibal Hernandezsantana was released on post bail on Saturday afternoon, hours later, he was arrested by the FBI on federal charges, according to his attorney, Mark Reichel.

On Saturday night, Reichel told FOX40 that he was on the phone with Hernandezsantana when his client walked out of his apartment on the 5400 block of Carlson Drive, where FBI agents arrested him on federal charges.

Reichel said he rushed over to stop the FBI from questioning Hernandezsantana.

On Friday afternoon, the Sacramento Police Department confirmed that Hernandezsantana had fired gunshots at ABC’s local news affiliate in Sacramento. When officers arrived at the scene, they found three gunshots into a window of the building.

Police said one person was in the lobby at the time shots were fired; however, no one was hurt.

At this time, it is unknown what the specifics of the federal charges are.

1. It's a memorial, so more like a big church service than a party/concert.
2. I went through a phase where I thought Evangelicals could be a little cringy. But I looked at the types of people they were, the lives they lead, and the things they accomplish. And it seemed a lot better than the alternative.

So far I've had positive experiences whenever talking with my family and friends about Kirk, most of them either mourned his death or simply didn't care much because they didn't know him beforehand, but nonetheless all of them agreed that his death was not justified in any sense. Ftm trans relative of mine, however, argued that none of us should mourn his death because "he was homophobic and transphobic" and how "he was full of hate". It started when one of the relatives posted a R.I.P. video of Kirk with some kind of sad music, she ended up saying how the video should be deleted and how Kirk doesn't deserve the sad music or a tribute video. I don't think we are going to burn any bridges, but after seeing all the celebration online, I really couldn't believe I would have someone in close circles with that kind of mindset, especially when the majority of us are right-leaning.
