There's some rumors from jew-critical areas that something big and horrific is coming our way, like 9/11 bad. I wouldn't normally give such doomsaying a minute's thought, it's part of the normal churn of the Internet infotainment cycle, but my coincidence detector has been going off like mad the last few days. Something really horrible is close, I can feel the charge in the air. If I were Bibi and I needed America to stop wondering if I had a hand in the Kirk killing and fight our wars for us, I'd activate my teams and blame Islamic terror for an atrocity. Hope I'm wrong. Executive Power (Article II)
  • The President is vested with “the executive Power” (Article II, Section 1) and is tasked to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” (Article II, Section 3). This includes broad authority over federal agencies, foreign policy, and enforcement of laws passed by Congress.
  • The President is elected (via the Electoral College, reflecting the will of the people) and serves a fixed term, answerable to voters and, in extreme cases, to Congress through impeachment (Article II, Section 4).
  • Judicial Power (Article III)
    • Federal judges, appointed for life “during good Behavior” (Article III, Section 1), wield “the judicial Power” to interpret laws, resolve disputes, and review the constitutionality of executive and legislative actions (established by Marbury v. Madison, 1803).
    • Judges aren’t elected, insulating them from direct public pressure, but they can be removed via impeachment by Congress—a rare occurrence (only 15 federal judges have been impeached, 8 convicted, per historical records).
  • Checks and Balances
    • The branches check each other: Congress can override presidential vetoes and impeach judges or the President; the President appoints judges (with Senate consent) and can veto laws; courts can strike down executive actions or laws as unconstitutional.
    • This system ensures no single branch dominates, but it also creates tension when their powers collide.

This as well. This says that Senate has to vote to impeach federal judges. It looks possible based on what each branch has the ability (or inability) to do, but I guess nobody would want to do anything.

Then by proxy, the Constitution is meaningless because in spite of clear tyranny or overreach, nobody is willing to enforce what is written. I cannot read implication from plain text; that's why you'd have to clarify for me.

It really has to be understood (have I said this enough lately?) that to many brain-diseased liberals the Constitution is just a piece of paper, a tool to get what they want when they can.

This is actually incredibly powerful for them because they can beat people who actually do respect the document over the head with it when convenient, while it does not limit them.
