Here’s it’s usually either Mexicans or Indians, very rarely will there be a white person. Even worse, like 4 years ago every employee at my local UPS were white. People who had worked there for years and years. At some point they all got fired and replaced with the most incompetent Indians ever.
Worse. Blacks can breed without a framework and their genetics favor athleticism. Indians breed according to social systems and the result is degradation, since they are thinking from "the family's interest" perspective.
I was honestly worried Trump might fold on the jeet immigration issue, but I think that ship sailed when Elon Musk had his ketamine melty. The rest of the tech world hates Indians now because they are single-handedly the biggest perpetrators of employment fraud. Tech companies are tired of hiring an H1B, then a different person shows up, that guy is incompetent, and collects pay for a few weeks before getting fired and doing it again with another company. Indians could have kept the H1B gravy train going, but they blew their loads and have ruined it for everyone.

The problem is that it doesn't matter what the SCOTUS said.
But to do that, they need to grant cert, and that only happens for low-single-digit-percentages of the cases that apply, usually 80-150 per year. Now, those numbers are somewhat skewed by pro se criminal appeals, but the point is that if you have a couple dozen cases where the trial court gives the SC the finger and the circuits don't reign them in (esp. the DC circuit), that represents a massive chunk of how many cases the court would ordinarily take, the rest of which may also be on pressing constitutional issues. They can't easily upscale their throughput, so something's gotta give.
