Warning shots are also against DHS/ICE regulations outside of some limited exceptions, like firing warning shots at a boat. So ICE’s own rules would prevent it too. And thus the agency would be put in an undesirable position of either firing the agent or having a media headache over not enforcing their rules. And this is before you get into the fact that warning shots sort of contravene the basic gun safety rule of “only point your firearm at something you are willing to kill/destroy.”

Note that he conveniently leaves out the part of the bill that forces them to try 18-24 year olds as adults, which is currently optional. There are 24 year olds being tried as juveniles in DC, probably some for sexual crimes against minors.

I'm pretty sure Tucker is just stating facts that Charlie had donors of the Israeli variety that had put a lot of pressure on Charlie, Charlie is on video saying the same thing not long before he was killed. Tucker also criticized Bibi for his reaction to Kirk's death and portraying him as someone he wasn't which is a very understandable thing to criticize.
