I should caveat. He CAN plead guilty, but it would only be an advisory plea. A trial would still be required too determine if the death penalty is allowable.

The prosecution can take death off the table by just making the plea to a lesser included offense or otherwise reducing it to a charge that doesn't include the death penalty. If he just straight up pled guilty with no deal, he could do that, but he'd have to be retarded (which he is but I assume any appointed counsel will be an experienced tard wrangler).

Crime scene should be secured in totality by police, unmarked individuals removing recording devices within minutes of the crime taking place is either GROSS INCOMPETENCE (its far to much to be just that) or outright intention to disturb the crime scene.

you ever seen the yellow tape? stuff like that to stop white shirt guys from removing camera directly over the scene of the crime all while standing in the mans blood to do so

Yeah but that's not happening here. The State really wants this guy too hang. They won't offer lesser charges. At best Robinson can throw himself on the mercy of the court. But doing that would still require a trial. But rather then guilt or innocence it would solely be to determine the measure of his guilt.

These "people" (Antifa/radical left groups) have a hierarchy of sacrifice. They want the "least oppressed" individuals, typically "cisgender white males", to do all the work (revolution) for them. That's how they generally run their organizations. They universally express disdain for white people and always center their politics around decolonization. Of course, they'll forget about you. You're suppose to die for them out of self flagellation for the sin of being born white.

I think the pics are meant to prove that the scene was contaminated, which it seems so just by looking at them.

But I need to repeat people that real life ain't a crime TV show. Crime scenes get contaminated all the time, specially in a case like this. When Kirk was shot, people ran to help him and absolutely stepped all over the place and touched that chair.

Also, you don't need that chair because the murderer wasn't there. It was, imo, most important to recover the camera immediately because that camera could have filmed the shooter, which was more important to look for than to analyze the chair Kirk was on. There was no mystery on how Charlie died, but rather who killed him.

I get that we all want to know more and try to give it a meaning, but we need to be a bit grounded. The FBI doesn't work like you see on TV and many times they (and the police in general) solve cases by cornering the criminals into confessing rather than because they matched some weird bug they find inside the body woth another one that also was at the house of a suspect.

It's obviously one of the TPUSA guys pulling the footage off the card. I'm also talking about to what end? Was he destroying the footage of a secret Mossad assassin shooting him from the crowd? Was he replacing the footage with a deepfake showing a patsy shooter on the roof and editing out the shooter in the crowd?

Several times in this thread it got derailed a bit with these wild conspiracy theories about da jooz. I usually find it mildly annoying because it's just noise, but then it turns out george zimm wasn't just some crazy person, but also a jew and wait, what's this, was in posession of CP? It's so pointlessly unnecessary to the whole story, yet here it is.

How does this happen so often? Why do the jewish conspiracy theorists get to eat so good and other people like 9/11 or UFO enthusiasts have to survive on scraps. It's not fair!

Imagine dying for a bunch of subhuman brown people for the crime of being part of the superior race. Why would anyone want to give the world to the least among the population? Those people could never run a productive society: they would want to enslave others while they goon and cause chaos.

I think the pictures/video speak for themselves that there is something to question, beyond that you would need a investigation that isent already complicit in whatever of the above theory you already provided.
