this only holds true when the different political views are at least somewhat compatible with each other.Friendships and other bonds shouldn’t be formed or steeped in political views. There is so much more to life than your political affiliation. The left, again, with their propensity to be terminally online and only surround themselves with the types of information they agree with, cannot fathom the thought of enjoying the presence of someone who might have different values.
like, i can tolerate turbo christcucks who want to live in a borderline theocracy. i can tolerate lolbertarians who essentially want total corporate rule. i can tolerate weirdo NRx people who want monarchy. i can tolerate people who prefer a democratic republic, or an oligarchic aristocracy, whatever.
but with leftoids this is not workable. the core of their worldview is so steeped in racial hatred against my own people, that's just too much. you can't be friends with someone who wants to see you dead or subjugated by hostile foreigners.
