You can have a different icon per server with Nitro.

Also if your Discord account is deleted (whether you're banned or deliberately deleted your account), it changes it to a default profile picture like that.

If the discord icon is now a default icon after Discord said they banned his account, then that's what happened.

If they left the account alone, I'd assume he would still have an icon especially if he was super active on Discord.

You cannot just jetison millenia of Christian influence when your demographics are made of overwhelming numbers of Christians. Its entwined in everything. Many things are unstated in society when there is widespread agreement. Framers enumerating limits on explicit Christian dominance or adherence is an admission that the default culture that ruled was Christian at that time. You dont place limits on something that has no sway or prevalence.
