No, it's definitely not the same. Calls for, or celebrations, of violence is borderline illegal (or plain illegal) in most places.
From purely business point of view, a lot of companies have policies against this sort of thing as well, not just from a legal standpoint but also due to the sheer hostility it could bring to the work place.
Additionally, and a lot of people forget this, the right isn't some small, fringe group. The people getting fired publicly attach their face and place of work to the accounts where they will proudly make these claims. Their employment runs a very real risk of hurting business.

If the argument is that this is the worst thing to happen to leftists since the last time they were cancelled in the 50s then you are revealing who has held institutional power this entire time. The fact that they have been raging since November 2024 should tell you who holds decorum and who most recently decided to destroy downtown Los Angeles.
