If he zeroed at 100, it’s probable he was aiming for the head and didn’t account for drop. If he zeroed at a longer distance, he was probably aiming center mass and didn’t account for the parabolic trajectory. A rifle being zeroed doesn’t mean the bullet will always hit the same spot, either.

But yea, he didn’t have to be some super marksman to pull off this shot.
