I'm a big fan of "Chinese style" executions where one is swiftly executed and your organs, blood and skin is rapidly harvested for medical use. Granted I believe the Chinese run a "for profit" organ trade but I think a more ethical method would be to add all items on the organ donor bank as a way to force the guilty party to recontribute to society.
