Donny's a reprehensible sociopath, but I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't fully support him against Wu. I'd love to see him scream at Johnny-boy about how he's fagshit and watch John get triggered.

Though, on the other side of the coin, Donny'd give John someone he could actually look smart against.

I don't know why Donny chose Venezuela of all places to flee to, but it might have something to do with the fact it's in a state of near anarchy. I'd say he stands a fair chance of getting on the wrong side of a local crook, so he may be joining the list of dead lolcows soon.
 
I don't think Donny has a fixed residence. He and Heather seem to always be on the move, likely because Donny's paranoia gets to him, or whoever they stay with gets sick of him.

He's like a modern day, AIDS-ridden Viserys Targaryen. He thinks he's hot shit, when he's just a squatting beggar whom nobody cares about.
