It depends on how you define "happen", I guess. I mean, losing your job/career is pretty significant for a lot of people. Do I think there will be civil war tomorrow, though? No. But I think it's a tick in the direction of something happening rather than not. It's like nigger fatigue, it's built slowly over time, but it's real and palpable and I assume there's a boiling point (might be different for different people). Personally, I'm making changes in my daily life that could be considered a happening, depending on how you look at it, like dissociating with business and personal relationships on a political basis. Maybe I'm just biased, though, ask me again in a couple of weeks and see if I'm not just emotional and back to playing video games.
