Trump is literally always late to things, it's both a power move and "I am the president" and unlike Obummer on CPT it's because he's actually doing stuff.

Trump looks annoyed in a disappointed dad way, like all that energy he wasted talking to big fag and little fag about their fag fight got nothing done.

I like the vice grip tightening on BRICS - I really want to see Russia and China have to continue playing ball with India, and I wanted India as economically isolated from the rest of the world as possible.

Number 1 priority right now is jeet destruction.

They should provide lower interest loans for people to buy houses if they will live in it and have no house. They should also consider taxing houses and businesses that are unoccupied. New York has a huge number of unoccupied business because if they rented them out at a lower rate it would force a recalculation on the properties actual value. I think property tax should be abolished. But I believe the constitution should only apply to people, not businesses entities and corporations. And never foreign nationals.

I think taxes should be abolished, in general, unless you want to tax foreign nationals / duel citizens and vacation travelers. But I also think global corporations should be taxed into dust.

Adding some sort of penalty through local legislation for out of staters who do not occupy the home would help. The Equal housing act really fubared everything. We have no choice and cannot discriminate when selling our homes. You can’t legally choose a local over a California transplant, or a Muslim transplant over a Christian or American. I learned that when I tried to sell my last house to a native couple (with a lower offer) over some California transplant.

Unless Trumps cancels Visa's/H-1B and applys tarrifs for offshoring work nothing will affect India. There whole strategy is the one resource they have (unlimited bodies) to max effect, nothing else matters to them.
 
I think people should not "invest" in a house. they are not investments. never have been. they've been homes. its where you live and raise your family. you don't sell something like that unless you have too. thus, its not an investment.

LAND should be the investment. you can get value out of a piece of land. Crops. Cattle. wood. water. minerals. and so on and so forth.

you ain't no kind of man without a piece of land.

Yeah, funny how housing prices began to spike when immigration started getting out of control. The same thing is going on in Canada and Australia, and assholes will still claim that immigration is good for the economy; when the people who already live there are suffering that's not a major issue.

The whole thing has been a continuous sperg-fest while in blue states business continued as usual, even expanding under 2024, Missouri was a Trump/abortion state (then again they've always been wishy-washy, like a slave Union state).

Yeah, the Fair Housing Act killed communities, so no more "no children" apartments. Still, they could at least make two rules:
1) Anyone knowingly renting to someone who's not supposed to be in the country (or without valid ID) should face criminal charges.
2) Foreign nationals, even legally allowed, are not entitled to the FHA's protections.

It's especially when the U.S. allows foreign nationals to rent at fair pricing standards but the reverse isn't true in host countries. If China and India can fuck over expat Americans, then it's only fair that we do the same unless they change their rules.
