Who "Wins" the 21st century won't be decided by who grows, but by who can manage their decline the best. Better yet, who can reverse it.
There are some who know the answer as far as "fixing" the fertility rate goes, but a modern society which isn't used to it will not like the methods needed to accomplish such a goal. I'm not talking about importing infinite immigrants either, that's like trying to stop a sinking ship with a bucket since to my understanding studies tend to show that immediately after the first generation the birth rates for them also drop off drastically.

I think the biggest losers of power hypothetically moving from Trump to Vance will be Europe.

I don't think the euroboomers really comprehend just how much negative sentiment surrounds europe for American millennials and zoomers. Baby boomers in America have a kind of innate fondness for Europe that is almost entirely absent in the under-50s and there's a lot of assumptions about the trans-Atlantic relationship that are going to immediately come into dispute for a millennial president.

Greater than 0% chance given the Trump's sudden absence and Vance's comments about his readiness.

I think it's more likely that it's a more-or-less routine medical emergency for someone of Trump's age. With the level of treatment available to him, it's very unlikely that something is going to outright kill him.
Summer 2025 has been pretty wild, anything is on the table.

Id brace the farms as well for the overwhelming levels of smug people like hhh would have as well for the first week, at least untill the existential crisis hits him because honestly what else will he have to talk about after Trump's gone?

Twitter is saying that we might be at war with Venezuela for some reason. I haven't kept up with the Venezuela news, can someone give me a tldr? Didn't Trump and Maduro meet recently?

They wouldn't announce a broadcast just to give the news that Trump is dead. They would just start it out of nowhere.
Such news would just break everywhere.

edit:
My bet is that it's something to do with Venezuela.

Or, worst case scenario, the broadcast will explain that Trump is sick.

In USSR they usually announced it with all the radio/TV channels going to Swan Lake and other music at once. Last time a president died in office though was JFK and that would've been pretty tough to keep any secret. You'd hope they'd just put out some official thing with Vance being instantly sworn in, which if/when he does die in office they better do.

Vance would clash a lot more than Trump has, Trump is a noted Anglophile, his mom was Scottish so he was raised with a certain affinity for the UK and his family as a whole were German immigrants. Vance has no such attachments to the UK or Europe as a whole.

I think he'd try to be cordial but certain things would piss him off more than they do Trump, like how Germany has cracked down on the AFD and use their gay little coalitions to block them from having power or how Romania had to reboot their election to get a pro-EU guy in office.

The US government does not recognize Maduro as the lawful leader of Venezuela, they recognize Juan Guaido. Trump's had a bone to pick with Maduro because he was emptying his prisons to send said prisoners to the US as illegal immigrants and he also hasn't been keen on Chinese and Russian influence there as it undermines Monroe Doctrine.
