Sims 4 is practically made for her. You can set your Sims' pronouns and put a man in a frilly dress or a bikini, there's pride flag items out the wazoo (without even needing to download CC - EA are keen drinkers of the gender koolaid), and as of last year you can make Sims in a "polycule" if you so desire. I feel like she'd get a kick out of the newest expansion too - it's based around fairies and adds a town based on Ireland. Remember the Celtic phase and the fanfic with pretty-boy fairy Jeff? And if she so desired - there are even mods to add murder to the game without having to trap your Sims in the pool or start a fire.

I reckon the only reason Yarbles doesn't play video games in general = her parents never bought her a console when she was a kid. Hence her story of playing Halo and getting her ass kicked that ONE time back when she had some semblance of a social life and assuming that's all video games are.
