I think he's aware that he has a large overlap, however, if you repeat a lie long enough...

The thing is that Destiny's and his audience goal isn't even to change Ethan's mind, it's just to create enough of a doubt that he stops engaging and speaking against him.
Rose was found, she was 100% (undeniably) a minor when Destiny was sexting with her, and Destiny still has in possession her CSAM, all those statements are 100% true.

Along with the email that I received, which Destiny confirmed many aspects of it, which alleges that Destiny spread all those videos around with a group chat of about 10 people.

Destiny is just trying to buy time to muddy the waters enough so he can get away with it. It's the exact same strategy that he has been using with his lawsuit and with all the allegations.

Reminder, I received, and shared the intro, of one of the many times Destiny secretly recorded Chaeiry, YET, his Footsies still either deny that the audio exists, or say that Chaeiry is lying and it's not a secret recording, even tho it obviously is.
