The public reacts very differently to behind closed doors dating than prostitution and out and out sharing of degenerate CP. For better or for worse, they are more forgiving of loving relationships than weird gooner degeneracy.

Even though the age of consent for sexual activity varies from state to state, the age of consent to to create any sexually explicit visual depiction is 18. There's no way around Destiny requesting, receiving and distributing underage porn.
