I am American, and believe people can submit tips to the FBI regarding online Child exploitation (I think anyway). And when it involves people in two different states that might make the most sense.

As for Pxies case I'm not a lawyer either but Rose is already mentioned in the record, and if her now confirmed age is identified in court too that will not at all look good for him, especially if it ever goes before a jury. And that's not to mention that it's a civil case, so those involved would have to report to law enforcement if there's criminal activity suspected anyway.

At no point did Destiny verify Rose's age even though he knew she had braces and she couldn't go on trips away from her parents , and even though she was selling porn via twitter DM's and cashapp using a well known hashtag used by underage people that Destiny mentioned on his stream before
And according to Jstlk, destiny said that he'd be F'd if it turns out that Rose is underage
So basically Destiny certainly knew that she was underage and purchased child pornography but thought that if neither of them put it in writing then he'd be able to say "I had no idea, how was I supposed to know?" and wouldn't get in trouble.
