So many of those colours are locked, it makes it hard to replace them easily. I guess defacing a memorial to a dead person gives Zesty a gender euphoria.

This is the template for the Cats memorial. Coordinates are 2007, 1233, 35, 111, input the coordinates and the template into the menu given by this userscript and you'll be shown which pixels should be drawn where, and which ones are already properly colored in.

These are the colors being used, the premium colors require 2,000 droplets each, and they are the hardest to replace after being vandalized, so buy one if there's a lot of unfilled pixels of that color.
