I have done jury service. In one of the cases, there was overwhelming evidence of Very Bad Things. We summoned the clerk after about 10 minutes and he certainly did not ask us to hang out a bit longer, because a quick decision may leave doors open on appeal. That definitely did not happen, no sir.

Dave was a recurring character on MATI for awhile. He was mentioned on a number of MATI's in 2023 and 2024. The longest part was probably Null playing the audio of him being "abused" by Joe. He also talked about the allegations some younger woman had about Dave using his troon status to try to stalk her and get her to fuck him. It was also covered when Dave went on a feminist podcast and stole some singer's story about her sister being raped in an apartment (I want to say it was Lana Del Rey?).

His influence is beyond reprieve, his power...undeniable. If Danielle's resolve yields for but a second, all is lost, and the universe will tremble at the very name of Dr. Joe.

The problem with this narrative is that none of those people testified. Dave can't even lie convincingly.

I also guarantee there was no loophole used. It's pretty much standard procedure not to have irrelevant garbage that has no bearing on the trial excluded if it has any potential to bias the jury and has no evidentiary value.

The audio of his brother would never had been admissible since his brother saying something about homeless people had absolutely nothing to do with this trial whatsoever.

As usual, Dave's grasp of how the law, trials, and court work are questionable at best.
