The increase of H1B's was done during Biden back in December for FY2025 (October 2024-October 2025). In-person interviews have been brought back for them and all the pajeets began freaking out that they're no longer automatically let in.

border defense isnt the only tool to combat the problem. internal policing is at least as powerful, if not more so.
basically you have to create an environment where living illegally in america is near impossible. make businesses, institutions and administrations require proof of citizenship or valid visa as a prerequisite for employment, participation, and service. make police and courts actually enforce this under threat of severe punishment.

make it so that if you aren't a legal resident then can't rent (let alone buy) a home, can't enroll in school, can't work, can't get a drivers license, can't get health ensurance, can't get a bank account, can't get any social services whatsoever, and know that if the authorities ever notice you they will throw you in prison where you will rot until one day you get deported back to your home country.
once that is a reality, the interest foreigners have in sneaking into america pretty much dies completely.

border protection is really only a short term band-aid. what is really needed to fix the issue long term is restructuring society in a way that makes it extremely unappealing to potential immigrants.

So we're gonna try to deport tens of millions maybe 30 maybe 80 million Mexicans. To absorb Canada which has 10 million jeets to lower wages? That is a stupid plan.

Not defending illegals here but Mexicans do the shitty jobs; harvesting crops for like $5 a day, shingling roofs in 110 degree sun all day, ask any tradesmen about "let the Mexicans do it" work on the jobsite and you'll hear the worst jobs being listed off.

Sure they have shitty qualities and whatnot but I don't see Spics posting "saar, we out perform you white men in your own country" posts with some cherry picked salary data showing Indian-American's make more than white ones. Thats an asshole thing to do and I doubt Mexicans would flog their ego's like that even if they could.

The jobs.now site is an infuriating revelation, yet it also gave me hope. My window for being an American in tech long passed, but I forwarded the word to my dearest friend who is a CS major with a masters. Pascal's wager: he has nothing to lose and everything to gain. Inshallah he actually gets a call back for a phone screening or an interview or whatever.

You know what the real issue is, if you didn't have mexicans one of us is going to do those shitty jobs more than willingly and since everybody knows the job sucks they pay you out the assssssssssssssssss. GET RID OF THE FUCKING MEXICANS AND WE'D MAKE 50 AN HOUR ON ROOFING.

Thing is, the reason the jobs are so shitty is because they don't pay enough. If the illegals are gone there won't be anybody willing to do them for minimum wage, thus they'll be forced to increase wages or just never get anything done and go out of business. Yeah Americans can be picky when it comes to jobs but a lot of people will do any job for the right amount.

They do those jobs because they fired everybody to replace them with mexicans who're cheaper. What happened 20-40 years ago is happening again but with Indians towards White Collar work. Certain industries like trucking have been trying to use pajeets so driving through the mountains near a semi is a bigger game of final destination than when it was just beaner illegal aliens.
