Sad thing is the police don't care. He'll start the confrontation and then he'll run into the toilet crying. They don't care.

This. While watching a guy get tased and mauled by a dog on an Arkansas state police video I thought "Man, Phil could spin excuses with the best of them. I wonder what a DSP vs ASP video would be like".
