Won't additional subpoenas be necessary in some cases? I imagine they can receive email addresses, IP addresses, etc. But that's just one step in locating their identities. It's not like Reddit collects the names and addresses of its users. If all they get is an IP address and service, it will then require subpoenaing the service for the personal information. That's how fed criminal investigations work.
