I really want to move to a place like that but I really hare how blue liberal assholes have to enable the worst anti social behaviors.

It's not bad if you're not in Cincy proper, although there's some weird regions that are part of Cincy that probably shouldn't be, like Mt. Washington, and I think Norwood, even though it's in the city, isn't part of it or something, but I wouldn't recommend Norwood to anyone sane. Butler County is the best bet, Clermont is cheaper and more rural, but there's more Jeets in that direction for whatever reason. Things are oddly mixed in certain places. Like there's cheap apartments and nicer houses all over Mt. Washington, in the same general area, hell there's a gated mansion, complete with wooded drive, off of one of the side streets, mixed in with middle classes houses.

Even in the city there's nicer neighborhoods like Over-The-Rhine, it's just full of gentrifying hipsters and the wrong turn will put you in the ghetto. Cincy has been violent since the riots in 2000, but as long as you stay out of certain places you're generally fine. The Jazz Festival just attracts a certain crowd.

In a previous position, a guy of Middle Eastern descent was hired as the CEO entrusted with growing our company and filling our newly-expanded office with all the staff we needed to handle the additional client base. Instead, he took it upon himself to ruin the corporate culture and demoralize the staff. Whether it was ending pizza day because of his lactose intolerance, overseeing marketing hires who cared more about other ideas than those relevant to our company, seeing our top client leave instead of renewing their contract with us, or threatening to fire all of the programmers over a minor bug that was quickly found and corrected, he spent time burning more bridges than he built. This was confirmed when he eventually stopped showing up and I inadvertently discovered a scathing letter from the company's co-founders to the now-former CEO outlining how he burned through his budget for growing the business without landing a single new client and leaving the company worse than it was before he showed up.

There's a certain irony that Americans are expected to be respectful of foreign coworkers because of the cultural differences, but those same foreign workers or C-level execs are allowed to run roughshod over US corporate culture because it's culturally insensitive for anyone to tell them, "Hey, this isn't how we do it here in the US
